Comedy TV ‘Raising Idols’.. 3 people including U-KISS Dongho’s special training.

Comedy TV’s new program ‘Raising Idols’ will be broadcased for the first time on March 27th at 10:30 o’clock.


3 Korea’s raising idols were selected and will be learning new skills from the female teachers in order to be known as the ‘know-it-all-idol’ in the 21st century. Looks, dance, singing and lots more of new skills will be learned by U-KISS’s Dongho, SHINee’s Key and MBLAQ’s Thunder.

The first challenger will be the idol magnae’s representative, Dongho. He has taken the variety programs world by storm with his cute face and sportsman image, but in order to become a global Korean Idols, he’ll take up a special English class.

The second challenger is SHINee’s Key who will take up the cooking class in order to become every women’s romance guy.

The third challenger will be MBLAQ’s Thunder, who was groomed by world star Rain and is known for his status as the younger brother of girl group 2NE1’s Sandara Park. Thunder’s task is to shape up his body in order to become a charismatic beastly idol.

[News] SHINee Key to be on a new Variety Show

U-Kiss’s Dongho and Eli, SHINee’s Key, and MBLAQ’s Thunder are going to be regular guests on cable channel ComedyTV’s new program: ‘Raising Idols!’

As news of the recording spread fans wondered, “What kind of program is this?” “Is it another dating program?” “I’m looking forward to seeing them do more variety.”

One representative contacted T-News and said, “Dongho, Eli, Key, and Thunder were chosen for this show, which is a reality program where idol stars will explore and learn new things and skills every week. Since the cast is young and have lots of talent they’re likely to do a good job.”

These four will start first recording the title video at 10 o’clock on the 5th.

They’ve all shown their knack for variety on several shows: Dongho and Eli on KBS 2TV’s ‘Invincible Baseball’ and ‘Star Golden Bell,’ Key on KBS Joy’s ‘SHINee’s Hello Baby,’ and Thunder on MBC Every1’s ‘Idol Army.’ The union of these rising stars from each group is piquing a lot of interest.

[NEWS] SHINee Key, Highschool Graduation ‘Life Achievement Award’

On this day at 10 in the afternoon at the ceremony of Daegu Young Shin high school for graduates, Key received the high school diploma with the lifetime achievement award for his work to raise the school’s reputation through his broadcasting with honor.

Key said, " i am glad and happy from the congratulations and attention i got for my graduation. Thank you for those people who helped me and cared for me to go the through school life peacefully, as if i became an adult, i will be more responsible towards SHINee and will try my best.” as his graduation speech.

Meanwhile on the same day at the Seoul Gundae Boo go graduation which started at 11, SHINee Minho received his diploma with honoring special achievement award.

SHINee's Key graduated from high school on the 10th.

Key participated in the Daegu Youngshin High school graduation that started at 10 AM. He got his diploma as well as an award of merit for bringing publicity to the high school through his activities.

Key said, "I'm happy that everyone is congratulating me and caring about my graduation. I thank everyone who's helped me get through completeing school, and I'll be that much more responsible as an adult and work hard through SHINee."

Looks like idols born on the same year just cant help but be close friends huh? maybe it has something to do with the year? nawh.... maybe... ??? O_O


These were taken a not so long ago, BEAST were still promoting and so is SHINee. Dongwoon playing around with key, making key raise his hands and stuff, pretty close huh? and even plays with key's hair! he might be curious on the colors of his highlights.


Its nice to see idols being friends with each other, despite the competition... but i doubt there is any between these guys!

[NEWS] Sulli bossed Key around as an SM trainee!

SHINee Key confessed, "Sulli ordered me around as a trainee."

Girl group f(x) will star in SBS's "Kim Jung Eun's Chocolate" on the 30th.

After introducing each of the f(x) members Victoria, Krystal, Luna, Amber, and Sulli, SHINee's Onew, Key, and Taemin made a special appearance.

SHINee's Key made the audience laugh with a story about his past with Sulli. "When I first entered SM as a trainee Sulli was my sunbae, and she ordered me to go and bring her a key."

Also, Sulli revealed her past diary entries this episode.

f(x) and SHINee's joint stage pleased the audience. The show will broadcast on the 31st at 12:10.

SHINee member Key reveals that there is a member from group So Nyeo Shi Dae who is his ideal type of girl.

He was on ‘Idol Maknae Rebellion’ on SBS E!TV recently when he revealed that amongst the SNSD members, there is his ideal type of girl.

It was during the corner on the show called ‘The terrifying YES’ where he was asked the question ‘There is a member in SNSD whom I like” and his answer was “Yes”.

But with much suspicion coming from the ‘MakBanShi’ members on the show, Key said, “I have never thought of them as women since they are family members from the same company. I just answered that for the sake of the game”.

[News] Key's Image Looks Like A Japanese Soonsa?

Actor Ji HyunWoo puts SHINee Key in a flustered situation.

The 2 had appeared on KBS 2TV Star GoldenBell together on 16th January. And Key picked Ji HyunWoo as “the person who will cause trouble/accidents” and explained, “(Ji HyunWoo) looked like someone who plays through school”.

And Ji HyunWoo was asked “What is your impression of SHINee Key’s image?” and he answered, “He looked like Japanese *soonsa.”

Meanwhile, 4Minute Nam JiHyun had everyone during the filming in laughter when she said, “(SHINee Key) looks really cool but a little mean-looking.”

Key responded with, “I don’t get to see anyone who will look at me as a kind-looking person. I don’t feel bad about it, and will just accept it as a fact.” showing his cool side.
