[News] Jinwoon "Eyes Shut Tight" after sending away ideal woman Seohyun

2AM's Jinwoon showed deep regret about Seohyun joining the line of virtual marriages in 'WGM'.

On the episode that aired February 27th, Seohyun and CNBLUE's YongHwa's first meeting was shown. Jinwoon, who is working as a WGM Caster, showed himself full of regret.

[News] Seohyun-Jung Yong Hwa: Netizen's thoughts on new "We Got Married" couple

SNSD Seohyun and CN Blue Jung Yong Hwa will be put into MBC's variety show "We Got Married" season 2 as a new couple.

Seohyun and Jung Yong Hwa's appearance was first seen by the netizens who saw them filming on the 15th. They were also the ones who confirmed the couple's appearance on the show.

Seohyun who was born on June of 1991, now 18, will be married to Jung Yong Hwa who was born on June of 1989 in the imaginary-marriage TV program, "We Got Married." The first couple to be on this season is Gain(1987, September) and JoKwon(1989, August).

Seohyun and Jung Yong Hwa's marriage is perfectly legal under the korean law code 807 which states that "Anyone 18 or over can marry".

On the other hand, the fans who heard of this news showed various reactions toward the new couple. Some fans couldn't believe that it was happening, while other thought it had to be some other TV show that was casting the couple. Of course, some fans just didn't want these two to be married. There were also some fans who showed positive interest in the new couple. However, some thought that since these two couples are too young, it might not be as fun or entertaining as watching other couples.

Meanwhile, Seohyun and Jung Yong Hwa will be put into, "We Got Married" with the original couples; JoKwon and Gain, Lee Sun Ho and Hwang Woo Sul.

[News] Seohyun to enter college today

K-pop idols Girls' Generation member Seohyun, the youngest of the nine-member girl group, will enter college today, according to her agency SM Entertainment on Tuesday.

An official at SM explained that Seohyun, 18, will attend her college entrance ceremony in the afternoon to meet with her classmates and upperclassmen of Dongguk University. 

Seohyun, who recently graduated from Jeonju Fine Arts High School in the North Jeolla Province, got accepted to Dongguk on early admission as a freshman for the spring semester of 2010 which starts in March.

Seohyun made her debut in 2007 through Girl's Generation who have been dominating music charts with the title track "Oh!" from their second full-length album released last month. 

She will join the cast of MBC's reality show "We Got Married," playing a make-believe married couple with male band CNBLUE leader Jung Yong-hwa.

Jung Yong Hwa will be dancing with Yuri and Tiffany before his segment on "We Got Married" with Seohyun airs

CN Blue and SNSD's Yuri and Tiffany, will be having a special stage together on Feb. 20th MBC's, "Music Core" 200th anniversary. Jung Yong Hwa, who is currently in, "We Got Married" together with Seohyun will be having a dance with Yuri and Tiffany through, "Music Core" TV program.

Other than these two groups, 2PM and Shinee will also be popping the stage with extreme dance performances as part of their "Dance History" collaboration. Furthermore, Kim Jong Guk, 2PM and Taecyeon will be will be re-enacting Turbo stage of Jae Yun Ha and Hong Jin Young in order to sing a trot medley.

On Feb.20th, "Music Core" will be featuring the following artists; 2PM, Kara, 2NE1, Shinee, B.E.G., Pek Ji Young, After School, and Lee Eun Mi. Also, Big Bang's Daesung and Seungri will participate.

The show will broadcast on Feb. 20th at 4pm

[News] Yoona vs Seohyun, Battle Off Stage!

Yoona (20) and Seohyun (19), two members of SNSD, will compete with each other in weekend entertainment programs.

Among SNSD members, Yuri and Sunny are regular members of KBS 2TV's "Invincible Youth", Yoona has been scouted for SBS "Family Outing", and now Seohyun will be in MBC's "We Got Married".

Even though Family Outing and We Got married are broadcasted on different days, Saturday and Sunday, the time slots are similar and therefore it is inevitable that the ratings will be compared between the two members of SNSD.

Yoona took part in the first shooting of Family Outing on the 25th of last month in In-Jae-Gun. The first episode of Family Outing Season 2 will be broadcasted on the upcoming 25th.

Seohyun took part in the first shooting on the 12th for We Got Married, where she is in an imaginary pairing with rookie group CN Blue's leader Younghwa.

We Got Married will feature Seohyun and Younghwa sometime in March, along with the already existing couples JoKwon and Ga-in, and Lee Sun Ho & Hwangwoo Seul Hye.

Invincible Youth, which features Yuri and Sunny, has been struggling with a one digit audience rating. However, Family Outing, the leading weekend entertainment program of SBS, and We Got Married, maintaining mid-10% rating, are expected to draw lots of attention from the audiences.

[News] Netizens reaction on newly wed couple YongHwa & SeoHyun

Amidst news that So Nyeo Shi Dae SeoHyun and C.N Blue Jung YongHwa have been confirmed as a new couple on MBC We Got Married 2, many netizens also raised their voices about it.

Some netizens linked it to incidents of C.N Blue’s recent plagiarism accusations and manager’s violent behaviour to fans, “Too much noise and news about Jung YongHwa”, “He should just have stopped at drama” etc.

And about SeoHyun’s appearance on the show, “She just recently graduated from high school, isn’t it wrong for a teenager to be involved such a program on marriage?”, “Even though SeoHyun is good, but I don’t think she is cut out for variety shows” etc.

[News]Fans Ranks Idol Group Members In Their Groups

The ranking of idol group members have been the hot topic online amongst netizens.

Fans of each idol group revealed the ranking of the group which they support. In So Nyeo Shi Dae, member SooYoung was ranked #1, while in 2PM and Dong Bang Shin Ki, the youngest members ChanSung and Max ChangMin are ranked #1 in their respective groups.
