[News] The reason why Super Junior Donghae & other members cried during Super Show 2 In Taiwan

Recently, when Super Junior performs Shining Star in the concert, most of the members especially Eeteuk and Eunhyuk will cry for sure. But for the 20th February's Super Show 2 in Taiwan, Donghae shed tears and made fans keep wondering what's the reason he cried.

Here's one of the fan that attended the concert and she found out the reason:

Did anyone realize, Donghae was laughing happily at first!! but when he turned towards the left, he was a little shocked, and stunned there for awhile. Donghae turned and and saw this.

Taiwan fans’ support during shining star
and formed the pattern ELF ♥ SJ with yellow lightsticks.

Teukie tried controlling his tears but couldn’t,
he cried so hard till his face was all scrunched up ( as in he cried really hard).
Hyukjae cried until he couldn’t lift up his head.
Siwon kept his eyes close towards the end, and didn’t dare open them
(afraid that his tears would flow out).
Everyone either had tears in their eyes or cried really hard.
Both on stage and off, were all in tears.
I attended both days of the concert
and felt really fortunate!!!
We cried even harder on the second than the first day!!!
This time we Taiwan E.L.Fs did it!!!!!!
Its the first time, and also our most complete and wonderful moment!
Every house ( different forums and fan clubs) did well too!! The fan chants too!!!
Hope we will maintain like this till 4jib,
and will be awaiting for Super Show III to create memories that belongs to SJ and us once again!!!!!!

[News] C.N Blue Kang MinHyuk’s tearful confession, “It really hurts to be misunderstood as a fake band’

Flower boy band C.N Blue drummer Kang MinHyuk talks about the hardship he had gone through to go come thus far.

During Mnet ‘CN BlueTory’ aired on 24th February, Kang MinHyuk spoke up about his anger of their musical capabilities of their idol band.

He said, “There was posts written on the internet about how C.N Blue did not plug in their instruments during their performance. We practise for so many years just to be able to perform in front of everyone, we came prepared and yet when I saw posts like that I feel very hurt. Like dance singers or all singers, band singers like us also went through a long period of training. We look at the popular musicians during their public performances and really practise very hard.” with tears flowing.

He added, “There is this bias about the band singers in our country and it becomes the walls of development and growth. And because of that, I am hurt and I want to break through this. So I tell myself that I have to work harder in the future.”

Other than that, leader member Jung YongHwa was also featured saying, “Even though we are receiving much love from fans these days, there are also those who go ‘Those kids are fake band’, and it is very sad to hear them. Hearing those words is just unfair and hard for us. But we will work hard to improve so as to be acknowledged as true musicians.”

[News] 2PM members to talk with fans about Jae-beom's departure

Members of Korean idol group 2PM will meet with their fans this weekend to talk about the group's former leader Park Jae-beom's departure, according to their agency JYP Entertainment (JYPE).

"All members of 2PM, except for Park, will hold a meeting with fans on February 27," JYPE announced on the group's official fan cafe on Sunday.

The six members are expected to talk directly with fans about various issues including Park's leave from the group as well as rumors surrounding the incident.

Former leader Park quit 2PM in September 2009 and left Korea after sparking national controversy over what he had written on his MySpace page several years ago became public.

His comments -- including "I hate Korea" -- created an uproar around the country, particularly among Internet users, leading to his decision to leave the group and return to his hometown Seattle.

[News] T-ara set to make Japanese debut

Six-member girl group T-ara will be making their Japanese debut in March, according to their agency Core Contents Media on Tuesday.

The girls will fly into Japan on Sunday for a five-day stay during which they are scheduled to hold a press conference regarding their single album as well as shoot a commercial with boy band Cho Shin Sung.

Both K-pop idols were cast for the commercial by a company in the restaurant business, said to be highly popular amongst youngsters, which holds numerous chains throughout Japan.

Core Contents Media said the singing groups will each receive a minimum guarantee of one billion won, equivalent to about 87 thousand dollars.

T-ara made their debut last year with a song for the soundtrack of MBC drama "Cinderella Man." The girls then released their debut single "Lies."

The girls and boy band Cho Shin Sung had collaborated on the digital single "TTL (Time to Love)" and "TTL Listen 2" which topped music charts during the latter half of last year.

T-ara took their first solo win with "Bo Peep Bo Peep" from their first full-length album early this year, taking the top awards on music programs by Korea's major broadcasters.

[News]DBSK/TVXQ/THSK Xiah Junsu, “When I first received the proposal to act in Mozart!, I hesitated”

“It is because of everyone’s love that I can be where I am now. Thank you.”

Xiah Junsu, who debuted on the musical stage with Mozart!, gave the audience a heartfelt thanks during the credits roll at the Seoul Cultural Centre on the 20th.

His words were, “It has really been a long time since I last talked to the fans like this. I truly am very happy.” He added, “Frankly, before agreeing to do this, some bad things happened. So when I first received the invitation to perform, I hesitated and was in a dilemma,” finally saying the words he had hidden in his heart for so long.

He also said, “However, after I decided to perform in this musical, all the staff, actors and choir here helped me like a true family would, enabling me to stand on this stage,” and smiled saying, “I hope in the future I will be able to act out a better Mozart.”

The audience gave a thunderous applause and loud cheering to the unexpected surprise during the ending of Xiah Junsu’s performance. This welcomed the newborn moment of “Musical Idols” in Korea’s cultural world.

Xiah Junsu also sang the closing song with heartfelt emotions, after which all the actors made heart signs above their heads, a display of thanks to the audience. Some members of the audience were teary-eyed as they were moved by the musical and couldn’t bear to leave. After the performance ended and all the lights were switched off, the audience was still immersed in Xiahzart, and could not leave their seats.

With an exceptional level of feeling, he immersed himself in the character, displaying his own emotions and acting out a whole new Mozart.

In today’s performance, Xiah Junsu, like in other venues, still gathered all the strength he had to passionately sing and act out a perfect performance until the very last moment. In 140 minutes, he enjoyed the stage fully. The apprehension from the past disappeared; it enhanced his own interpretation of Mozart.
Although this is his debut piece, he naturally led the stage from the start. Following the tone of his voice, Mozart became a comedy at times, and during others, a tragedy. Controlling the stage, as well as the 3022-strong audience was his power – this can be said to be similar to the scale of the original Austrian production.

The Mozart who cries in despair, the Mozart who longs for love and freedom, and the Mozart who has torn jeans and long, disheveled hair, was once again perfectly presented. He used confident and vivid expression to depict the life of a musical prodigy. It is also for that reason that the audience find it easy to be immersed in the musical.

The hostile outside environment, the internal confusion, and struggle let the audience feel the real tension. His unique naïvety, romance, and cheer eased the relationship with the actress. His extraordinary ability to adjust, and the ability to match the other actors gave a wonderful performance.
The smallest pants and shaking of the hand let everyone have a realistic view of the musical prodigy’s feelings, and the ability to immerse into the role lets this piece of work become richer and more realistic.

“I am music”… Mozart’s confession is also Xiah Junsu’s confession

All the problems during the first half of the musical for 15 performances, and this time’s predicament of not being able to present the lyrics to a satisfactory extent, were already solved. Junsu was not singing mechanically; instead he was immersed in his own feelings to Mozart’s new compositions. Through this phenomenon, we can see how much work Junsu put in.

Junsu uses his soulful voice to evoke the audiences’ emotions. Through this display of sound, he became one with the audience. With the help of the 33-strong accompaniment, he became evidently more charismatic.

The audience’s energy, he was not idol singer Kim Junsu anymore. The original producer Sylvester, who was at the scene scrutinizing Junsu, raised his thumb to show his approval and satisfaction at Junsu’s perfect performance. The complete selling out of tickets, and the full seating can no longer be used to prove Junsu’s popularity; the fans in the audience’s cheers and praise says everything.

“My music is my master.”
“I want to continue my own journey!”
“I only like the way I look now.”

Of course, Mozart’s confession in his music, is also Junsu’s self-confession.
