Recently, the police have finished the investigation for CreBeau's lawsuit against SM Entertainment. The lawsuit documents have been sent to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’s Office, and at the same time, President Kang has voiced out his unhappiness about this whole issue.

Korean group of five, TVXQ, accomplished a splendid achievement for the first time in 31 years. Their 30th single "Toki wo Tomete" which is released last week on the 24th made the first place of the single ranking with 195,000 pieces in sales.
Also on the 4/5 week raking at Oricon, their new album "TVXQ NONSTOP - MIX VOL.2" entered the third place of the album ranking with 38,000 sales. Both with their single and album sale, TVXQ recorded TOP 3 at the same timeline.
For both single and album sales to be the top 3 in the ranking in Japan by the overseas artist was achieved 15 years 3 months ago by Mariah Carey's "Lover's Christmas" (single ranking/third place) & "Merry Christmas" (Album ranking/first place) in 1995.
For the male foreign artist, it is the first time after 31 years 8 months which was achieved by Billy Joel on 07/31/1978, with his single and album, "Stranger" (single ranking/ third place) & "Stranger" (LP/third place).

5-member Korean group Tohoshinki, achieved a feat that hasn’t been accomplished since 31 years ago. Last week on 24 March, they released their 30th single [Toki Wo Tomete]. With the amount of 195,000 copies sold in the first week, it earned them #1 on the weekly Oricon singles charts.
On another note, [TVXQ Nonstop-Mix Vol.2] was also released along with the single [Toki Wo Tomete]. It had a huge number of 380,000 copies sold, earning TVXQ #3 on the album charts. As overseas artists, both TVXQ’s single and album were placed in the Top 3 rankings at the same time, breaking Mariah Carey’s record of [All I Want For Christmas Is You] (single #3) and [Merry Christmas>] (album #1) since 1995, a record of 15 years and 3 months. As overseas male artists, TVXQ also broke Billy Joel’s record of [The Stranger] (single #3) and [The Stranger] (LP album #3) since 1978, a record of 31 years and 8 months.

']]}[News] Lee Soo-man Gives Lecture at Harvard Business School
Korean entertainment mogul Lee Soo-man gave a lecture at Harvard Business School over the weekend, according to his company SM Entertainment on Monday.
SM explained in a press release that Lee spoke about the entertainment industry as representative of Asian showbiz market and "keynote speaker" at the Asia Business Conference, held Saturday at Harvard's Burden Auditorium.
The singer-turned-entrepreneur talked about the changes in the entertainment business in Asia during his lecture titled "Don't try to cut your ears!", referring to how legendary artist Vincent Van Gogh cut off his ear and stating that the painter could have created even more influential art if he had not done so.
He also emphasized the need for a new educational system to foster the growth of the human resources for the rapidly changing future, saying that "extraordinary talent who thinks in uncommon and abnormal ways" should be nurtured as leaders.
Lee is said to have received a big applause from some 700 attendees at the event, which was the 19th annual business conference sponsored by the Asian clubs of Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School.
The Asian clubs focus on inviting prominent figures in Korea, China, Japan and other Asian countries to give lectures on the financial and political aspects of the business world.
The producer has given lectures at Harvard for three consecutive years, from 2006 thru 2008, and was also invited to MIT Sloan School of Management and Johnson School at Cornell University, where he spoke about "The Global Strategy of Hallyu" in 2008.
Lee, 57, started his music career in the 1970s as a singer of Korean pop band April & May and released his first of several solo albums in 1983.
He established SM in 1995, which quickly became one of the most influential talent agencies in Korea. He has created and masterminded the successful careers of numerous K-pop artists including BoA, Girls' Generation, SHINee, Super Junior and TVXQ.

Sohu: As your first Solo, musical Mozart was very successful, through the process, have you learned anything or have any feelings?Junsu: Thank you. This is my first challenge in musicals, it was entirely different, I was very nervous and very worried. Thank goodness I got to work with a lot of experienced actors, so we successfully completed it, I am very happy.
Sohu: Right now is spring, and Junsu easily gets allergic to pollen, how are you feeling now days?
Junsu: Recently allergy reactions have appeared, so to everyday I drink a lot of water, and would wear a mask.
Sohu: Remember in a Japanese interview, Junsu said you liked Coconut trees, is it because coconut trees doesn’t have any pollen?
Junsu: Ah, after you put it this way, coconut trees does have this advantage!
Sohu: Really, coconut tries gives people a warm felling, is it because you like this feeling?
Junsu: Really the reason why I like coconut trees is because in Korea, except for Jeju, its hard to see coconut trees. If I go abroad and sees coconut trees I would think “right now I’m really abroad”, that feeling is very strong! Compared to city scenery, I like oceans, and warm sunshine, so when I see coconut trees, I would feel very comfortable. And I think out of all types of trees, coconut trees are the prettiest (laughs).
Sohu: Because there haven’t been a lot of announced activities, and we realize your current situations caused a lot of restrictions, Chinese fans wish to know what you have been doing recently.
Junsu: I will release a solo single in Japan, right now most of the basic preparations have been completed, we are at the end of production. Recently, I put all of my heart into preparing this new single.
Sohu: What kind of expectations do you you have with your solo single? Like getting first place on Oricon charts?
Junsu: There may be that possibility, but right now in Japan there are a lot of talented singers and the competition is tough, so I wont let “getting first place on Oricon charts” be my goal, I just want to show of my talent, my style, and my music. When everyone listens to the single, they would feel “Oh, its very Xiah (Junsu)’s style!”, then I would be very satisfied.
Sohu: Returning the topic to your brother, this time for composing Junho’s single, you are a talented composer yourself, did you join? Do you have any wishes or hopes for Junho’s activities in China?
Junsu: During the recording process, and after, my brother would ask for my advice, even after recording, he would let me listen first, when he practice dancing, I would go watch him a lot. I think my brother (as singer) performed very well, and he is very serious about his work, I really hope he will prosper in the future, I will continue supporting him.
Sohu:Since you are experienced in the music field, do you have anything to say to your brother who is a newcomer?
Junsu: Ah, actually I (as a singer) am still developing, there are still many flaws… But as a more experienced singer, I want to say, he must have the self confidence and think “standing on this stage, I am be best.” With this kind of confidence, everyone can see when your perform, I think this is one aspect a celebrity can’t not miss. When I saw my brother perform, his dance songs were very good, I am very proud of him.
Sohu: Yunho, Jaejoong, Changmin all have experiences in acting in dramas, have you ever thought of acting?
Junsu: Even though I haven’t acted in a drama, but through musical, I have been challenged in acting. Of course the musical involved both acting and singing skills, so I had a very fitting role. To act in a drama, I would love the challenge, but I would need to gain more experience in acting. And comparatively, my goals right now are more music oriented, and I want to prosper in that aspect. I have more talent in the music aspect that I haven’t showed everyone, and I hope everyone will see more development from me in the music area. So regarding acting, I will wait. However, if there’s a fitting opportunity, I will welcome the challenge.
Sina: Then have you ever thought about acting as the main actor?
Junsu: Main actor or supporting actor, as long as it suits me then its fine.
Sohu: Regarding your acting career, have you thought about pursing it?
Junsu: Just like I said earlier, first thing is put in all my effort for the Japanese solo single activities. Then in may, I hope to watch the World Cup…… (smiles)
Sohu: Have you thought about switching your activities abroad? Maybe like Junho, having your showcase in China?
Junsu: Until now, our activities have been mostly in Korea and Japan, so our opportunities of coming to China have been small, regarding this, everyone is sad. If there is a chance in the future, when we can stay in China and not leave (smiles), of course we will use music to repay our Chinese fans. Also, I believe there will be that day.

']]}[News] 2000 Fans Showed Excitement Over U-Know Yunho’s Michael Jackson Memorial Concert
TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho had his appearance in Michael Jackson tribute concert ‘A Tribute’ band from Michael Jackson’s THIS IS IT movie and U-Know Live’ held at Yongsan War Memorial Square today on the 27th.
The venue was filled with approximately 2000 people. Japanese, Chinese, and Korean fans were all anticipating the concert which was supposed to start at 6pm.
At 7:10 U-Know Yunho climbed up the stage with the track ‘Beat It’ and welcomed the whole 2000 fans.
The performance was highly influenced by one in Michael Jackson’s last movie ‘This Is It’, however U-Know Yunho showed up his own dance style while was dancing to Michael Jackson’s routines.
After finishing the first song, Yunho said, “To be the lead singer in Michael Jackson’s tribute concert, I feel delight to stand here.” also, “I hope the performance will chase away the coldness.”
Yunho got his stage again in the middle of the show, for ‘Smooth Criminal’. U-Know Yunho dazzled the audiences with his dance and definitely blew the cold away. He reached the peak of his performance during the song ‘Thriller’. The amusing ‘drill’ dance put on fire at the audiences, and they began to shout “U-KNOW YUNHO!”
U-Know Yunho then said, “Please keep showing a great interest in the future, thank you!”
However, due to the lack of preparation, there were some significant inconvenience missing in the whole concert. From the scheduled performance that was supposedly started at 6pm for approximately 2 hours, the actual concert only lasted for 1 hour 10 minutes and only started at 7:10 pm.
An official said, “The concert had been delayed due to mechanical inspection.” he asked for audiences’ patience. With most of the audiences were standing, they needed to wait for the stage to be prepared.
Above all, the R area that costs 110,000 won and S area that costs 99,000 won are considered expensive tickets. Whether this concert could be seen worth for all those costs, we should reconsider again.
With the involvement of Ken Stacey, Van Johnson, and Tony Terry as the concert’s singers, the concert had been expected to be a concert with 100 points of vocals, however seems that this Michael Jackson’s tribute concert had been overvalued. The performance skills were below expectations. It was Michael Jackson’s songs, but with feeling of limited power of the song itself.
Ken Stacey’s skill doesn’t reach U-Know Yunho well. In the end this memorial concert was said to be just U-Know Yunho 100,000 won concert.
U-Know Yunho is expected to attend Michael Jackson’s tribute concert at London’s Wembley Arena at June 8th (local time), and be the only Asian artist on the show.

']]}[NEWS] Tohoshinki's DVD Sells 100K In The First Week - #1 For The Most #1's Achieved!
Tohoshinki's DVD "TOHOSHINKI VIDEO CLIP COLLECTION-THE ONE-" achieved the number one spot on the overall DVD ranking with 109,000 copies sold. Up until now, the only three foreign artists to achieve first on the rankings for their music DVD's were The Beatles' "The Beatles Anthology (First Press Edition)" (achieved first 2003/4/14) and Led Zeppelin's "Led Zeppelin DVD" (achieved first 2003/6/23), and now Tohoshinki's "4th Live Tour 2009 ~The Secret Code~ FINAL in Tokyo Dome" (achieved first 2009/10/12). This time is Tohoshinki's second round in getting first on the overall ranking and has been named first on the "Foreign Artist #1's On The Charts".
In the DVD, all the video clips that Tohoshinki have released will be recorded in there. From the first single "Stay With Me Tonight" till their latest single "BREAK OUT!", the videos have been recorded in chronological order.
The 29th single "BREAK OUT!" released in January had been the first for a foreign artist to break the 200,000 mark. Once again, their first Best Album "BEST SELECTION 2010" released in February achieved the first #1 for the group since their five year debut, with sales of 413,000 copies, the highest ever for a foreign group.

The MV to be honest — you can brand it an 85 Club MV! Most if not all of the MV actors are 85 Club members – SuJin unnie (she’s the lead girl here) , SangHyuk (You’ve most likely seen him~), ShinHyun and EunKyung~
Today oppa put the Annyeong Nae Sarang album on public, and added screencaps from the teaser! We can finally post about it! *dances*
Okay, in case your wondering why I know about him, let me tell you a quick story. Haha^^’ Back in 2007, I used to lurk on Park YooHwan’s hompy and left comments a lot, and exchanged a couple of PMs as well (no, not declarations of love and whatnot) and somehow I found WooJu oppa’s hompy. I didn’t know he was an artist back then, but I knew he was also an 85 Club member, which YunHo (and JaeJoongie) at that time were part of. So I added him as Cyworld ilchon/friend and he added me back. I occasionally left messages and he would reply (he’s quite nice like that) haha xD ^^ So… there you go.

Tohoshinki once again topped Oricon daily chart with 124,812 copies of "Toki wo Tomete" sold on the first day of sale, ahead of Hikawa Kiyoshi's single which sold 26,777 copies in second place.
This number only counts the copies that were sold in stores within Japan on the first day. Pre-orders and online orders will be counted towards the single's weekly ranking.

Jejung's Mischievous Jokes~ 「Sunao Ni Narenakute」Field Report
「Sunao Ni Narenakute」is a drama that depicts the friendship between 5 men and women who communicate through Twitter. It stars Eita, Ueno Juri, Megumi Seki, Tohoshinki's Jejung and Tamayama Tetsuji. It has also been rumoured that singer Kikkawa Koji might make an appearance.
The field report consisted of text and photos; Eita, who was in high spirits, said, "It's fun~!" and Jejung who laughed and joked, "If I get in contact with this kind of sun, I'll melt." Next up, the starting of the filming will be released, so we'll look forward to it.
