Members of Korean idol group 2PM will meet with their fans this weekend to talk about the group's former leader Park Jae-beom's departure, according to their agency JYP Entertainment (JYPE).
"All members of 2PM, except for Park, will hold a meeting with fans on February 27," JYPE announced on the group's official fan cafe on Sunday.
The six members are expected to talk directly with fans about various issues including Park's leave from the group as well as rumors surrounding the incident.
The time and place for the gathering have yet to be decided and it is unlikely the event will be open to the press.
Former leader Park quit 2PM in September 2009 and left Korea after sparking national controversy over what he had written on his MySpace page several years ago became public.
His comments -- including "I hate Korea" -- created an uproar around the country, particularly among Internet users, leading to his decision to leave the group and return to his hometown Seattle.
