After so much controversy and scandal over 2pm, JYP finally released the song teaser from 2pm's full album which was much delayed because of Jaebeom's controversies and boycotts by fans here and there. Its nice to hear their voices after being on break and uncertain status for months.
The song is a soft ballad, RnB style, but very catchy with piano and orchestra background, sure is a pleasure to hear something from 2pm! minus Jaebeom that is. I can hear wooyoung in the teaser, and... i cant really tell anymore.

It's so cute when Korean stars from different companies are friends. Isak (of SM Entertainment) and Younha (of Lion Media and Stam Entertainment) recently talked over Twitter:

SM Entertainment will have a press conference today regarding the conflict with TVXQ/DBSK/Tohoshinki.
Lawyers of SM Entertainment said:
"The court's ruling for TVXQ is not fair. They didn't consider the main reasons of the case. Their long contract is so that we can let them grow and have a long term deal with them. We want to look at their career in the long run and the court's decision is not letting us do that. This is going to affect TVXQ's international promotions. It'll also create confusion for stars that want to have long term contracts and move on to bigger things later in their careers and for the companies that want to nurture talented people for a longer time. Not only that, it'll have some unwanted consequences on exports of Korean music as well as other issues."
They continued to say:
"Each year, we adjusted the contracts in favor of the members. Before this problem, the three members never complained about anything. Now that they have succeeded this much, they are complaining. They have just started to reach the top and now want to separate. Before a final decision is made, the three can do their personal and individual work. However, we do not acknowledge the right for the three to work as TVXQ"
Because of all this, TVXQ has not been able to work and SM Entertainment will seek to receive compensation for damages during the time that TVXQ has been inactive.

Last week, we reported that Park Bom topped the charts with her solo single "You and I" only after days of release. Bom captivated hearts of fans with a rnb single and a music video that goes very well the song.
This song is produced by no other than Teddy who also produced hit songs from 2ne1's mini album and Lollipop. Looks like another hit is going to be added to the long list. After a week, Bom continues to top the charts clearing up competition such as SHINee's Ring ding dong, Ivy's Touch me, Brown Eyed Girls' Sign and so on.
This solo song will be included in the first full album of 2ne1 that will be later released this year. With the continuous success of Bom's single could this mean she will be promoting the song in next weeks music shows? YG has been considering it and news is that Bom is already practicing for the song!
Well, all we have to do is wait and pray that Bom will be promoting her first solo song. Another success from 2ne1.

After scoring CF deals with LG and K-Swiss, f(x) has now been selected to be the new face for an online shopping mall for a year.
The online auction mall director stated ‘f(x) was selected due to their emerging fashion icon status. Their contemporary fashion and style is expected to help promote the image of the aucion mall.’
f(x)’s bright and youthful image will be used as the strategy to boost the fashion and products for younger target market.
All activities with the shopping mall will start in November.

[A] friend of [SYC] told [them] that she went asking Junsu’s dad yesterday when they’re visiting Junsu’s Crebeau Belle about the Spicy Phobay restaurant which was told being owned by Junsu together with Lim Yong Pil. Apparently Junsu’s dad answered by saying that the store is owned by Junsu’s sunbaenim (maybe he refered to Lim Yong Pil) and Junsu was just there to support and eat.

Singer Taegoon performed on November 1, 2009 at Sanrio Puroland in Tokyo, Japan. His concert at Puroland was to help celebrate the 35th anniversary of Hello Kitty.
During the event, Taegoon presented a bouquet of flowers to Hello Kitty, and she gave him golf clubs in return. “My superstars are Michael Jackson and my father,” said Taegoon. He performed 11 songs, including Superstar. During the performance of Taegoon’s debut song Call Me, Hello Kitty came on stage and they danced together. Taegoon has another performance in Japan scheduled for November 3, 2009. Starting in December, he will hold his first solo concert at Tokyo’s Nakano Zero Hall on the 11th.

It has been revealed that trot singers Jang YoonJung and Park HyunBin will not be participating for MAMA this year.
According to the 2’s company on 1st November, it was revealed that they will not be attending MAMA. The reason for that is that there are doubts about the fairness and also selection criteria for ‘Trot music award’ for MAMA which the 2 are nominated in.
Briefly, it was said that Jang YoonJung’s ‘I like you’ released recently, featuring her boyfriend, has gone up to the #1 on Chart Korea for the 2nd week of April in just 2 weeks after its reveal. Even until now the song continues to receive much love from trot music fans.
Jang YoonJung is also a well-known and acknowledged trot singer – she won the Golden Disk last year and was voted as Korea’s #1 favourite singer. Even if it not in terms of album release, she is a singer with a certain level of popularity.
MAMA PD then voiced that they have selected the nominees according to MVs, and the duet song by Jang YoonJung and her boyfriend was not promoted on music shows and there was no MV for the song.
The nominees for trot music award on MAMA:
Trot Music Award - Gyeon Miri (Happy Woman), Park Hyun Bin (Brilliant Life), Seong JinYoo (딱이야), Joo HyunMi and SeoHyun (JjaRaJaJjan), Hong JinYeong (Love’s Battery)
And on 30th October, Gyeon Miri’s ‘Happy Woman’ was replaced by ‘Shy’ by Wink. Jang’s company also voiced about their unhappiness about how MAMA lacks in dealing with this – replacing its nominees – without official announcement, the nominees were replaced.

To commemorate their Mini Album ‘REBIRTH‘ release SS501 held a fansigning event for Triple S today (Nov 1st,2009). The event took place at the Miahjum-Hyundai Dept.Store, Gireum-dong and starts from 7.00 pm onwards. SS501 used a ‘SignStamp’ and stamped their ‘Siggy’ onto their album pics for their fans!

With BEAST currently gaining a lot of popularity, it's hard NOT to notice a bromance forming between members Doojoon and Yo Seob.
I'm sure fangirls (and perhaps some fanboys) have been pretty sad lately that their hasn't been many bromances forming or just not getting to see bromances in general. However, newcomers BEAST will give those fans what they want.
BEAST's leader Doojoon and main vocalist Yo Seob have been seen getting rather...close with the past few performances of "Bad Girl" as well as off camera with behind the scene footage from the "Bad Girl" MV shoot. I think it's rather cute that Fake T.O.P. Doojoon and the little blonde boy Yo Seob have a bromance going on. They look like opposites, one with the sexy eyes, the other with a cute little boy look. However, you know there is love going on between them the moment you watch them together.

t's a good to see a new bromance blooming in the KPOP world since girl groups have dominated the past couple of months. However, they will never be able to live up to the best bromance ever, Jaebum and Taecyeon of 2PM.
[UPDATE] On the November 1st, BEAST's Yo Seob and Ki Kwang presented the Digital Music Charts on Inkigayo. Yo Seob's "lover" was not there and it was evident that he wanted nobody, nobody but Doojoon. When Ki Kwang announced T-Ara and Supernova's "TTL Listen 2", Ki Kwang whips out the aeygo with the same pink bow that Yo Seob wore last week with Doojoon. However, Yo Seob flat out REJECTS Ki Kwang and goes on to state that he misses Doojoon. GASP! Drama drama!!
