2PM 재범 "아직 때가 아니다"…시애틀서 첫 심경고백
[마이데일리 = 한상숙 인턴기자] 현재 미국에 머물고 있는 2PM 박재범의 근황이 전해졌다.
'일요일 밤으로' 제작진은 지난 19일 미국 시애틀로 건너가 박재범의 인터뷰를 시도했다. '일요일 밤으로' 최석순 책임프로듀서는 마이데일리와 전화 통화에서 "비보이 대회에 친구들과 구경 온 박재범을 만날 수 있었다. 박재범이 비보이 대회를 구경하는 모습을 카메라에 담았다. 다가가 인사를 건네고 인터뷰를 요청하자 박재범은 정중히 거절한 후 급히 자리를 떴다"고 밝혔다.
이어 최 책임프로듀서는 "재범의 집 앞에서 기다리며 재차 인터뷰를 요청했다. 나중에 재범의 아버지를 설득했으나 아직 때가 아니라고 답했다. 어쩔 수 없이 재범의 집 앞에 '마음이 바뀌면 언제든지 연락을 달라'는 편지를 놓고 왔다"고 말했다.
최 책임프로듀서는 "이후 제작진이 묶고 있는 호텔 프론트에 재범이 자신의 2PM CD 자켓 사진에 '아직 이야기할 때가 아니다. 멀리서 오셨는데 죄송하다'는 글을 적은 후 CD를 맡겨 뒀다"는 사실을 밝혔다.

2PM Jay Bum "it's not the right time yet"...his first thoughts from Seattle revealed
'Sunday Night' production team went to Seattle on the 19th to attempt to get an interview with Park Jay Bum.
In a phone conversation with Choi Suk Soon (the head producer) he stated, "We were able to meet Jaebum at a bboy competition and got footage of him watching the show. We went up to him to say hello and asked for an interview, but Jay bum respectly denied and left soon after."
Furthermore, the head producer revealed, "We waited outside of Jaebum's house and asked again for an intervew.
Later, we tried to convince Jaebum's father, but he answered that it was not the right time yet. We left a letter
in front of his house saying 'please contact us whenever you feel ready' and left."
Producer Choi went on to say, "Afterwards, in a hotel where the production team was staying, Jaebum himself had
left a 2PM CD in the front desk. Inside the CD jacket it said 'It's not the right time to say anything. I am sorry
that you had to come so far.'"
