[News] SM “we will submit an appeal immediately”
In relation to Court approving partially of 3 TVXQ members’ lawsuit to terminate exclusive contract effect, SM Entertainment released their official press release today.
“SM Entertainment will give explanation of official stand related to provisional disposition application result in which 3 TVXQ members submitted. We don’t recognize all Courts decisions to be unacceptable, but there are some points in the results that we’re planning to make an immediate appeal.”
SM continued, “Also before the provisional disposition result coming out, according to Court’s request, we have to refrain from giving press release to prevent anymore confrontation. Therefore we can’t reveal the exact stand of ours as well. We will give further official info sooner or later.”

1. Seoul District Court is so far favoring JaeChunSu side. They partially accepted the exclusive contract suspension the trio have been submitted. The partially accepted here so far only mentioned about the three members now can have their right to decide whether they will take one job or not. So the three members are now like 3rd parties to SM. Said that with this decision, TVXQ activities as five members will lay on three members‘ decisions, and not SM Entertainment.
2. With the point that TVXQ activities as group can still be continued, thus Court couldn’t terminate the clause about income distribution (which I’m a bit blurred here~however not in any line there’s a say that Court already deals with the unfair distribution income nor the length of contract).
3. SM is NOT YET saying anything about accepting or refusing this decision. They still said in their press release today, “About our exact official stand, we will inform it soon.”
4. The three members also have not fully agreed with the current decision. However, they’re now preparing to settle matter with SM regarding the existing payment settlement to prevent another unfair payment in the future, as well as the fact that they haven’t received any payment from SM since February this year, and another remaining issues about income distribution.
5. If both parties finally agreed with this, it’s much probable that JaeChunSu will stay at SM, yet with more independent decision rights, and — if the negotiations about income distribution runs smooth — also with more fair income distribution.
6. This is NOT final decision. As SM hasn’t said anything and the main point of this case, the income distribution is not yet solved.

Boom may have joined the army for his mandatory military service, but his legacy will live on as Kang Shim Jang's famous Boom Academy will continue.
Boom Academy is a sort of an entertainment school within Kang Shim Jang which Boom had set up along with Leeteuk and Eunhyuk from Super Junior. Those three would put on a comical show together every week during the show.
The academy could have been closed down due to Boom's departure, but the producer of Kang Shim Jang revealed that Leeteuk and Eunhyuk will continue the academy through putting on comical shows each week. A new member will be picked through an audition he said, and the rivarly between Boom Academy and Bracademy consisting of Fly to the Sky's Brian and 2AM's Jokwon will continue as well.
The producer added, "Boom even had a meeting with Leeteuk and Eunhyuk before departing, giving them ideas of how to continue on. Leeteuk was given the responsibility of keeping the academy open." Kang Shim Jang still has two weeks worth of recorded material left over, which means that we will get to see Boom Academy with founder, Boom still in it for another fortnight.

Clad in suits with dark-coloured pants and sporting stylish hairstyles, the seven fine gentlemen of Super Junior M ceremoniously released their first mini album in Beijing yesterday. The seven members also brought their own personal items to give away as gifts to lucky fans.
Hankyung, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, Henry and Zhoumi – these members of SJ-M have won the “Most Popular Group” award on various prominent award ceremonies in China since the release of their first album <迷 (Me)> last April. Their image for this new album consists of SJ-M’s usual style with attire in the colours black, white and gray just as before, but with the addition of fashionable accessories such as framed glasses and bowler hats. It is reported that in just three days after its release in Taiwan, this album clinched the top spot on every notable album sales chart such as that of G-MUSIC, FIVEMUSIC etc.
During the event, group member Donghae gave away his perfume bottle, while Hankyung gave away his Korean dictionary. Siwon, on the other hand, gave away a lip balm that he has used, making fans extremely excited. Hankyung then picked up telephone calls from fans during the call-in segment of the event. With his fluent Mandarin, he managed to make the callers believe him when he said they had dialed the wrong number.
Hankyung and Siwon also performed a soulful MV (scene) under the host’s request, with Donghae and Kyuhyun acting as moving background objects, livening up the atmosphere. This would explain Super Junior’s popularity in the Korean entertainment scene.

Producer cum singer Park Jin Young (37) has not save any compliments for his student Rain (27) for his Hollywood movie ‘Ninja Assassin’.
It was revealed that Rain has a private premiere for his movie previously on 19th October in Seoul KangNam. Park Jin Young who have watched the movie said, “It’s really cool. Because of some of the scenes which look so real and lively, it is a good movie.”
It was also revealed that JYP boybands 2AM and 2PM were present at the premiere. Seeing his juniors suddenly turning up at the premiere, Rain become a little nervous for a while.
A staff said, “Rain was a little nervous this is the first time he is watching the complete full version of the movie himself. But the atmosphere at the premiere was good due to the presence of his teacher and juniors.”
Meanwhile, the movie ‘Ninja Assassin’ will start screening in cinemas from 26th November. He will be holding the first press conference in Korea on 6th Nov, and he plans to do press conferences in 7 other Asian countries including Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia etc.

Rapper Shaun L literally appeared out of nowhere and dropped his first today entitled “Wus Ma Name.” This newbie rapper definitely flows a different vibe from the rest of the K-underground, as seen in his first release, “Let’s Talk.” The upbeat beat & melody has more of a J-rap fusion then the usual Kpop or K-rap we’re used to. One article stated that Shaun L has more “Shibuya-Kei style” and that many Netizens have taken an interest since the release of the MV teaser a couple weeks ago.
The song also features a new singer called Gold and her vocals in the song is what keeps you listening for more . The mini album contains six tracks total: 3 actual songs & 3 instrumentals; but unfortunately there’s not a lot of info or music listed anywhere for this new found artist.
