[News] Jinwoon "Eyes Shut Tight" after sending away ideal woman Seohyun

2AM's Jinwoon showed deep regret about Seohyun joining the line of virtual marriages in 'WGM'.

On the episode that aired February 27th, Seohyun and CNBLUE's YongHwa's first meeting was shown. Jinwoon, who is working as a WGM Caster, showed himself full of regret.

[News] 2AM, 2PM, CN Blue, MBLAQ to be Mnet M!Countdown MCs

2PM Nich Khun, JunHo, ChanSung, 2AM Jo Kwon, Jung JinWoon, C.N Blue Kang MinHyuk, MBLAQ Lee Joon and G.O will be the new MCs on Mnet M!Countdown.

According to Mnet on 16th February, the 8 members will grouped in groups of 3~4 members to MC M!Countdown set to air every Thursday from 18th February. This is different than the usual arrangement of 1~2 fixed MCs on shows.

The CP said, “The 8 members are some of the representative HOT star icon representatives of Korea. They are chosen as MCs as we felt that they will be able to relay Korea’s music and trends as the advocates of our global music show.”

“M!Countdown will bring unique and experiental performances on its shows every week. And hence the MCs of the show also play an important part to that. So we have chose MCs who will match the concept of performances to MC for that episode.”

Meanwhile, the 8 members have been given the name of MCD Guyz.

2AM's Seulong revealed selca shots taken with MBC's 'We Got Married' regulars through a recent update of his cyworld.

The pictures exclude the 'Adam & Eve' couple, 2AM's JoKwon and BEG's Ga-in, but have shots with Lee Sun Ho, Hwang Woo Seul Hye, Kim Na Young and Park Mi Sun. In addition, there is a selca shot with fellow 2AM member Jung Jinwoon.

[NEWS] Parody kiss scene betweens 2AM and Infinity Girls

Idol group 2AM went on set to teach Infinity Girls how to sing ballads.

On the cable channel MBC every1, 2AM went on the set of 'Infinity Girls Season 2' to give a one-on-one lesson on singing ballads.

As 2AM gave a demonstration of their ballad singing, each showed an entertaining improvisation of their individual talents. They were praised by the staff on set for their enthusiasm.

During the show, in order for the Infinity Girls to fully grasp the concept of expressing emotion while singing ballads, they each used this in kiss scene parodies.

Solbi and Jokwon parodied 'Queen Seon Duk', while Kim Na Young and Seulong parodied 'Lovers in Paris'.

Also Jung Juri and Jinwoon parodied the kiss scene between Jung Eum and Ji Hoon in the popular sitcom 'High Kick Through the Roof'.

In a recent interview with Newsen, Jinwoon gave thoughts on his school days, saying " I'm the last member out of 2PM and 2AM to take off the school uniform. Fans are sad about this and so am I". As a 1991er and thus the maknae of the brotherly group of 2AM and 2PM, he finally becomes a high school graduate.

"I'm really sad. I'm thankful for the days when the fans took care of me while I wore my uniform, but there's not much I can do about it... From now on I'll try to show the best of my 20's image"

2AM’s maknae, Jung Jinwoon, has expressed his thoughts about their recent comeback after 10 months.

Jung Jinwoon said, “Though its been a long time since I’ve been onstage, I have not thought about being nervous. However, when I stood on the rehearsal stage my heart was beating because i was so nervous.”

He also added, “I still couldn’t believe that it’s our comeback. I don’t think I’ll realize it until I wake up. I only felt the anticipation of our comeback when I woke up on Friday morning.”

Out of 2AM (Jo Kwon, Lee Changmin, Lim Seolong, Jung Jinwoon), Jo Kwon has shown his many sides on many variety shows. Are they worried about the different, separate images of “ballad singers” and from their variety show appearances?

He commented on that with, “We had some worries about it. I find it a burden that the other members are all hilarious, but I’m not like that. On variety shows or onstage, the serious 2AM image is the same. I think that the public will appreciate our contradictory image on variety shows.”

Meanwhile, 2AM’s comeback song that was released on the 21st is enjoying popularity on the charts. Member Lee Chang Min commented on that by saying, “Because of our rankings on charts, my body doesn’t feel the affects of our comeback. I get energy from such comments like, ‘the song is good’, ‘I think this song will do good’.”

Group 2AM's Jung Jinwoon was confirmed lately for having swine flu.

On the 6th, a person close of 2AM said that when Jo Kwon was confirmed for swine flu, Jinwoon also had swine flu.

Fortunately, Jinwoon went for treatment with Jo Kwon that day and recovered from swine flu, not letting his team down in the schedules laid out for them. Especially with finals right around the corner, he is studying at a healthy state.

[news] 2AM’s Jinwoon breaks his nose

2AM's youngster Jung Jinwoon has recently got a nose injury during filming.

He was on the first episode of SBSETV Youngest Idol Rebellion Time, which will air on November 7th at 10PM. The show has new challenges for the guests each week and their goal is to become the number one rated variety show with idols.

The show held a contest for which person could jump a bar the highest. Jinwoon challenged Jo Sung Mo's record of 2 meters and 25 centimeters and banged his nose on the bar, causing it to slightly crack. The injury wasn't serious and the filming went on with Jinwoon keeping his great smile.

He stated, "It wasn't an injury that was serious enough to stop the filming. Instead, I was sad that I couldn't be better and show more during the filming."

Others who participated in the filming were Dongho from U-KISS, Song Seung Hyun from FT Island, Shorty J from Mighty Mouth, and Yoonhwa from T-MAX.


Lets hope that Jinwoon and his nose will have a speedy recovery and that the show will garner much success!

How come nobody knew about this?

After 2AM's Jo Kwon was diagnosed with Swine Flu on October 27th, the rest of the 2AM members were tested and Jinwoon was diagnosed positive on November 1st.

JYP Entertainment stated to Newsen on the 6th:

"Jinwoon took tamiflu and was tested again on the 5th with Jo Kwon. Results came in on the 6th and everyone is now cured. The rest of the members are also in good condition."

Well, that's good news, I guess I can't wish him a speedy recovery since he's already cured though.

[News] Jinwoon claims "It's Not Me"

Remember on Strong Heart, where the dirt behind Nicole and Hara was unleashed? Nicole had previously scheduled a 'luncheon' with a close male friend, but was found out to be ditched by her own member, Hara. Rumours had gone about that the male friend in which they were referring to was actually 2AM's Jinwoon. He spoke about the gossip during the first episode of "Idol Maknae Rebellion"

The host, MC Yoo Saewoon brought up the situation asking him, "Isn't it true that you are who is being referred to in those rumors?" Jinwoon replied, "Its not me." He goes on to say "Its true that I am close with Nicole, but we're not in that kind of a relationship. And she wasn't referring to me in that story."

So there you have it folk, right from the man's mouth himself. No love triangle here, but still... Who would make a good couple? Jinwoon and Hara? or Jinwoon and Nicole? I'll let you be the judge. I'll say this, though, I wouldn't mind be caught in a rumour with him. Better yet, just being caught in a rum.. (get it? rum-our. rum=room. caught in a room with him.. alone...no? okay)
