DSP Entertainment, the agency behind SS501, KARA and Fink.L, confirmed the suspicions and revealed the new girl group to the Korean public.
"After four long years of training, these girls have developed the best vocal and dance skills around," a DSP representative revealed. "They were affectionately called 'rainbow' in their training days, a nickname that has gained popularity. We chose this word as the group's name because each girl has a different charm. Furthermore, this name has more meaning because it was generated by fans."
As the teaser image suggests, the girls will already be coming out with an album upon their debut titled Gossip Girl.

It seems we finally have word from the company that seems to be tangled in this mess.
When the TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki controversy first began, the three members and their lawyers clearly stated that the three members’ investments in the CreBeau cosmetics line did not have any relevance to the court case. The core of the controversy was the legal issues of the slave contract. In SM Entertainment's opening statement, they stated that the lawsuit was because of the cosmetics issue.
To clear up the confusion, Kang Suk Won, the President of the Korean branch of CreBeau (Wishop Plus) was interviewed. Kang has already sued SME’s CEO Kim Young Min for slander to the Seoul Central Court on October 4th, 2009.
Kang said, “Although this case is obviously to fight the unfair profit splits and the conflict between the members and SME, SME is trying to push the blame onto CreBeau.”
Kang went on to reveal that the three members have only invested approximately 70,000 dollars, 60,000 dollars, and 40,000 dollars respectively. This amount, he said, was not enough to earn the three members rights to ownership of the business, let alone a big part of the profit.
Kang said, “In May 2009, some SME representatives visited the original branch of CreBeau Cosmetics in China twice. They determined that the members were not going against contract terms in any way, and now SME is distorting the true reason behind the case and putting out ridiculous claims... SME said that the whole lawsuit was due to the members’ wanting to continue a business that went against contract terms. This has no credibility in that SME has already approved of the investments previously. The members wouldn’t risk all the things that they gained as TVXQ by creating a conflict with their company over insignificant investments. It was a private investment, and the three have no ownership over the business in any way. They’re merely investors, nothing less, nothing more. What does this have to do with the lawsuit, and why is SME attempting to connect the two together?”
Kang went on to say that SME’s actions have brought about significant harm to the business not only in Korea, but all over Asia, including China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and even the United States. For the employees and CEOs all over the world, CreBeau is their sole income. SME should have considered the impact its blames would bring to the business and the people involved in it.
“If SME’s company and its profits are so important that they are willing to harm others for it, then SME should recognize that it is the same for others.” Kang went on to say that “If SME does not stop distorting the truth and doesn’t apologize for the harms it brought upon CreBeau, I will not hesitate to reveal the details of SME’s absurd act to the public and to the court.”

Which is the most impressive concert? SMTown Live '08. Because I had been dreaming about it and wanting to perform. If there is a chance, there should be our concert soon.
When did you last cry? And why? When we debuted on a radio show. We talked about our families. I said 'thank you' to them. But when I thought about what to say, I just cried at the show.
What was the most impressive thing on your last birthday? At first, I thought everyone forgot my birthday because we were really busy that day and the others didn't talk about it and didn't seem to even think about it. But when we arrived our dorm, the members and our manager start a party and surprised me. Thanks to them.

Earlier G-Dragon, leader of Big Bang, had two of his songs, from his first solo album, declared as ‘harmful to the youth’ by the Youth Protection Council.
To this YG Officials stated, “We should respect the decision made by the Committee of Protection for the Youth,” but “we will not modify or correct any of the lyrics.” that was their position on the matter.
According to the Youth Protection Council, they recently examined the two songs, “She’s Gone” and “Korean Dream” from G-Dragon’s recent solo album “Heartbreaker” and came to the decision that they are harmful to the youth.
YG clearly stated, “Those songs are the song itself as it is, there will be no changes, so no modifications will be made to the lyrics of the songs.” he reiterated.

Cube Entertainment boy group BEAST successfully spreads their BEAST effect all over Asia as the boys receive many offers for overseas showcase.
BEAST who went debut with their debut mini album titled “Beast Is The B2ST” has gained their popularity since then.
The boys have received international showcase offers from the following countries : Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and China (Hongkong as well).
Cube Entertainment,” BEAST has been receiving overseas showcase invitations yet we’re still focusing the domestic activities first, but we’re not closing any future overseas activity possibilities.”

Popular group Shinhwa member, Andy showed both his sympathy and affection towards his junior group TVXQ.
Andy who already released two independent solo albums recently has an interview with Asia Economic Daily. “I know what DBSK members have been experiencing these days must give them a little bit pain. As their friends only be able to see, it’s a shame. I wish the case will be ended through an amicable settlement which won’t hurt any parties.” he said.
About TVXQ members who have been involved in legal battle with SM Entertainment, “I’m not in the position who can say right or wrong or judge someone to be good or bad. It’s difficult to give opinion about what’s happening.” however, “What every singers need to do is to stand on the stage. I hope they won’t lose their will and determination. I hope they would think about their fans more than anything.” he revealed his own thought.
Then on, Andy recalled, “Back then, when we (Shinhwa) all gathered and saw TVXQ, ‘Those fellows are so cool. It’s frightening.’ We never have the same thought like this before. We all acknowledge TVXQ’s powerful song performance is really scary. That’s why, to see them coming in this kind of situation, I’m shocked and sad because I could not even imagine it,”
Each member of Shinhwa has their own solo activities, but so far there’s no conflict arises as Andy said, “We’re trying hard to stick to each other rather than being greed off! You must respect even small things, so that you won’t lose the big one.”
Andy closed the interview by saying, “When later on Shinhwa could regroup again, we want to stand together with TVXQ on one stage. We don’t mind if people compares us, because we’re now stronger than we were before and we’re ready to get our victory, it’s not an impossible job to do. It’s not a shame to think a possibility of performing in showing a beautiful stage. Therefore, I really want to see TVXQ coming back again.”

It's been a while since Jaebeom's case which has made him retired from 2PM. And one time JYP had visited him in where he stays now, Seattle. Is it the reason why JYP visited Jaebeom once? We don't know. After waiting impatiently, today 2PM has revealed their 1st Album's song titled GETTING TIRED OF WAITING. 2PM boys have different typical of voice. And surprisingly, though former leader Park Jaebeom is not included in 2PM activities again, a very familiar voice is appearing there. And it's Jaebeom's voice. You can listen it in every chorus they sing.
That means that JYP still wants Jaebeom to be included in 2PM though he cannot appear anymore together with 2PM.
Is it a relief for the Hottest?
In my opinion, I'm very happy he can take part in 2PM's album though he does not appear there.
I really hope this album can be as successful as their 1st Mini Album even they can reach more with this album. And I'm sure Jaebeom will also be happy knowing 2PM successes.
Now it's the time for the Hottest waiting their comeback!
