Not long ago, we updated you on Rainbow’s return to Kpop, with their album to be released around April! Well, there’s better news! Renowned producer Steven Lee will be working with the girls on their first album!
In the past, Steven Lee has produced songs for popular groups such as SS501, DBSK, Super Junior, and even world star Rain. He has also been the producer and songwriter for many top-charting Japanese groups. Steven Lee has won many awards for the songs he wrote, composed, and produced in the past.
Recently, Steven Lee wrote on his blog, “I’m also working on DSP Entertainment/Essel Music Pub’s new girl group, ‘Rainbow’ album, and SS501’s new album of course!”
With such a distinguished person helping Rainbow out with their upcoming album, I can tell that their popularity will go nowhere but up!

On 27 & 28 February, SS501 will hold their Asia Tour Encore Concert in Seoul Olympic Park’s Gymnastic Stadium. KARA & Rainbow will also participate in the concert to show their friendship.
KARA & Rainbow both feel honoured to be the guest performer of SS501 Encore Concert. KARA will be performing in the MBC Music Core comeback stage for their mini album 'Lupin' on the 27th. After that, KARA will be heading for SS501 concert location. Rainbow will be performing in the 28th concert.
After this, SS501 Persona Asia Tour Concert will come to an end. Currently, SS501 is racing against time to practice for their Encore concert.

As we've reported before, MBC will hava a special Star Dance Battle to celebrate Lunar Chinese New Year. Kpop artists such as Super Junior, 2PM, SNSD, MBLAQ, Beast, After School, T-ara, Rainbow will perform with their hot battle.
And now the programme list is out. The beastly idol- 2PM and Super Junior will have a battle stage. Who will win for the battle? We don't know yet but something for sure is it must be a very exciting and the fans wouldn't stop screaming!
Just like the pictures above, all the battles for the show has been seperated into 6 round.

JungMin will make his appearance in a new show as a fashion CEO.
JooBin will be in his new show.
The show will be air 19th February.
*JooBin is an ex-member of Korean Girl Group, Rainbow. Trained under the same company with SS501, she made an appearance in her sunbae music video, A Song Calling For You. She left the group before debut.
(To be honest, I don't know the reason why she left the group)

Popular idol groups will participate in Lunar New Year Dance Battle.
According to MBC official from the 28th, there will be a special idol group dance battle directed by Yoo Hochul to be aired on the Lunar New Year, February 14th. SNSD, T-ARA, After School and rookie group Rainbow will be battling out among the girl groups, while Super Junior, 2PM and BEAST will also join in on the stage with their passionate performances.
