SS501 member Kim HyungJoon attended to U-Kiss’s fan club establishment ceremony not as a singer, but as the real brother of Kim KiBum.

Kim HyungJoon attended to Idol group U-Kiss (Alexander, SooHyun, Kevin, Eli, KiBum, DongHo, KiSeop) official fan club ‘Kiss Me’ 1st establishment ceremony held on 17-Jan at 3.30pm, at SookMyung Art Center Theatre S in SookMyung Girls University, YongSan-gu, Seoul.

Kim HyungJoon had previously attracted attention on their extremely close relationship when he went to support his brother immediately after SS501 returned from Shanghai concert. In addition, Kim HyungJoon requested to the fans “Please help my brother to be able to win 1st for once with ‘ManManHaNi’.”

Especially that he said “This is a very important day for my brother” and he joked with the reporters who requested for him to pose for photo “I’m fine but my brother has portrait rights…”

The MC for this establishment ceremony is Heo JoonEe, the newscaster for KBS 2TV ‘Invincible Saturday – Invincible Baseball Team’.

U-Kiss made their debut in Japan in August 2008. They attended ‘Power of Atamix’, an outdoor live concert with more than 30,000 audience and attended by Hallyu singers.

After which, U-Kiss debuted in Korea by releasing their single album ‘New Generation’ on 3-Sep-08 with title song ‘Not Young’. U-Kiss won the Newcomer award at 2008 Asia Song Festival, and thereafter released their 2nd single album and actively done their activities.

A new member Lee KiSeop was added in 2009 and U-Kiss released a mini album ‘ManManHaNi’, recently DongHo and other members are also involved in other variety programs. Especially that KiBum and Eli stepped into acting with weekend drama ‘The horizon under the same sun’ broadcasted in Thailand National Channel 9.

In the first part of the fan meeting, they have a question and answer section where fans can get to know more about the members, and they also have games with their fans. The second part is made up of personal specialty skills which they didn’t show in any programs before.

U-Kiss will be having a fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan on 22~24 Jan and will continue to attend to various variety programs and concurrently preparing for their official album to be released early February.

[News] Super Junior and FT Island to Hold Concerts in Manila

MANILA ― K-pop boy bands FT Island and Super Junior will hold concerts in the Philippines in March and April.

First is FT Island’s Manila 2010 Showcase, which will be held on March 6 at the Philippine International Convention Center, according to concert organizer Spin Manila.

Fifty fans will be able to meet the band members on the same day.

This will be FT Island’s second visit to the Philippines. Last September, the boy band went to Cebu province in the southern Philippines to shoot the music video for their Japanese single, “Raining.”

FT Island is composed of Lee Hong-ki, Choi Jong-hoon, Lee Jae-jin, Song Seung-hyun and Choi Min-hwan.

On April 10, idol group Super Junior will hold The 2nd Asia Tour: Super Show 2 concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The boy band’s Super Show 2 is an Asia-wide concert tour that kicked off last year in Seoul. Before going to Manila, Super Junior will hold concerts in Beijing, Taipei and Kuala Lumpur. Dream Maker Entercom is partnering with SM Entertainment to promote the tour.

This is the first time that Super Junior will visit and hold a concert in the Philippines and fans are excited that they will finally see the idol group members.

“I can’t wait to see them,” one fan wrote on a Super Junior fan club forum in the Philippines.

PULP Live Productions, the concert organizer, told The Korea Times that fans can expect a spectacular show from Super Junior.

Even though they’ve never visited the Philippines, Super Junior commands a huge following in the Southeast Asian country.

Super Junior’s third album, “Sorry, Sorry,” was the top selling K-pop album in 2009 in the country and the only K-pop album to enter the Top 25 Bestselling Albums of 2009 based on sales from Music One stores in the Philippines.

The album also reached gold record status three months after it was released in the Philippines.

Opening the year with a bang, T-ara are now planning to open their very own online store. Though the website name is not yet revealed, it has been said that the girls themselves will plan everything from the design of the website, styling, and even the models!

It's quite well known that the T-ara girls themselves are fashion-forward. From the group fashionista Hyomin to the maknae Jiyeon. They have revealed their love for fashion magazines not only in Korea, but even fashion magazines from U.S and Europe!

Even though there's a reality show concept along with this business, their management said the girls themselves will handle everything 100% and will have no professional help. After hearing this news, their own stylist, Kim WooRi, has volunteered to help them out.

T-ara and actress Go Ah-seong show off their tight frienship.

On January 17th, T-ara took home their very first Inkigayo Triple Crown award for being #1 for three consecutive weeks.
For their acceptance speech, T-ara dedicated their award to those people that worked with them and their fans. For their encore stage, their Wonder Woman partners Davichi and SeeYa shared the stage with them in celebration for their Triple Crown.

The boys reminded me of 2PM when they first debuted.The did a lot of acrobatics tricks during their performances of "10 Points Out Of 10".F.Cuz boys should include some acrobatics skills in their song.

I don't really like their debut single "Jiggy" as i think that the song is a bit feminine for a male group.They should come out with a stronger song in the near future.However,the boys managed to impress me with their little acrobatics skills,please enjoy the video below!

The Japanese comedian who became famous for revealing his fandom towards Kara has once again revealed his fandom and is gaining interest from the nations netizens.

Recently, Gekidan Hitori and ex-Morning musume member Yaguchi Mari has appeared in an opening for a Tv program and has showed his love for Kara for over 10 minutes.
