Lotte has been hosting a charity auction with celebrity participants. There were all sorts of items including clothes, books, cups, etc. A couple of days after the auction had started, there were some new additions to the list. The ones that caught the attention of netizens were 2PM's stage outfits, especially Jaebeom's. Jaebeom's outfit was at around $8,222 USD a couple hours after it was listed. If you guys thought that was a big bid, think again.

Currently, the highest bid for the former leadja's outfit is at 2,036,430,000 WON, which is worth approximately $1,710,572 USD! But don't think that they are forgetting about the other 6 members as their outfits have extremely high bids as well (not compared to Jaebeom though):

Wooyoung is at 34,881,800 WON, which is approximately $29,300 USD
Taecyeon is at 13,290,400 WON, which is approximately $11,164 USD
Nickhun is at 11,495,000 WON, which is approximately $9,665 USD
Chansung is at 9,743,400 WON, which is approximately $8,184 USD

Not to fear, our faithful subbing team,Time2sub2, has brought us a gift....

As of right now, time2sub2 is uploading episode 175 featuring 2PM with English subs. Although, it may have been before the controversy, it is nice to see them with smiles on their faces.

Not only am I happy, but time2sub2 is also happy because they are finally returning to do what they love to do. Recently, there have been limited amount of videos available to sub of 2PM.

Now, they are right back on track with a whole full episode. They even wrote that they have missed subbing for 2PM and/or the viewers. They have always been a faithful and quick subbing group for ONEDAY addicts.

[news] 15,000 Origami Roses for Jaebum

From boycotting JYPE to covering the entire JYP building with post-its, Hottests have done a lot to show their love for the one and only leadja of 2PM, Jaebum. This time, the love and dedication goes even further. Hottests have covered the JYP Building in Korea with 15,000 origami roses.

2PM's fan cafe admins held a boycott in front of JYPE's building again on the 25th of October and this time they covered the entire building with 15,000 origami roses that also had messages for Jaebum's return. The fan club has stated:

We will be showing these paper roses after having been preparing for this event for 4 weeks. Finally, we have managed to collect over 15,000 roses. The main background color will be red roses and various other colored roses will be added in to draw our message. The process and final product will be captured in picture and we will be presenting the final image on display. We worked hard and gave our all for each rose with the hope that Park Jaebum will return as 2PM's leader. We hope that our efforts will be noticed.

The surprising thing about this event is that these roses were only made by ONE fan club and its administrators. 15,000 origami roses made by one fan club. Think about how long it must have taken to make those origami roses. Even though I consider myself a hardcore Hottest, I don't think I would have made even 100 origami roses. That is true dedication to Jaebum and 2PM right there. Hottests fighting!

[NEWS] 091025 'Sunday Night' Interviews all rejected

All interviews rejected

Having aired on the 25th, KBS 2TV's new program, 'Sunday Night,' finally showed their much anticipated episode featuring Jaebum.

The producers were able to find Jaebum's house in Seattle but failed to catch an interview. They followed Jaebum to a b-boy dance battle near his house and was able to capture him on camera. Unfortunately, as soon as Jaebum discovered the camera, he turned around and left.

The producers continually asked Jaebum for an interview, in which Jaebum replied with nothing other than "I am sorry" and disappeared. He lef a CD with the words "I can't tell you anything. I'm sorry for making you come so far."

Jaebum's younger brother agreed to a short interview with the producers and said "He's doing fine. He's at home." Jaebum's father also said "He's spending a lot of time at home, and I no longer want my child to become such an issue," rejecting our interview.

The producers also went to Jaebum's church and met with Kim Byungkyu, in which he stated "He's an innocent child. He knows to honor his parents and has great relationships with everyone. I think it's because of issues such as mandatory military service and the fact that he's living a life different from the average man that they reacted so harshly to his statements."

[NEWS] Jaebum Effect? Infinity Challenge reaches #1 viewer rating

Could it be the Jaebum effect? MBC's Infinity Challenge reached #1 on the viewer ratings this past Saturday.

Through the AGB Nealson Media Research, the episode aired on the 24th reached a viewer rating of 16.8% and took the place of #1. MBC's 'Sebakwi,' with a rating of 14.4%, was pushed to 2nd.

The episode aired on that day was a rice plant farming special, the 2nd part to a year long project that involved idol group 2PM. Jaebum's appearance on the show became a hot issue, attributing to the high ranking viewer rating.

"It's good to see Jaebeom" people welcome 2PM's appearance on Infinity Challenge

2PM gathered attentions for appearing on “Infinity Challenge-farming special” with all 7 members on 24th. In this episode, 2PM visited Infinity Challenge members by surprise and performed Again& Again for them. They also played various games with Infinity Challenge members for getting lunch, and helped them doing a farm work.



After the show, people left welcoming comments toward 2PM saying; “2PM looks the best with 7 members”, “I miss 2PM with all 7members”. About Jaebeom who had not been on TV for long time, people left many messages showing their sad feelings against him such as “I feel like crying seeing him on TV”, “I miss him so much”.

After leaving 2PM, Jaebeom Park has been staying in U.S where his parents are and 2PM has performed with 6 members since Dream Concert.

Infinity Challenge with 2PM appearance just aired on MBC. At the end of the show the program put up a caption : "We will send the product (rice) to Seattle"

The 2PM members found the Infinity Challenge members hard at work on the farm land and popped out dancing to 'Again and Again.'

While Chansung and Wooyoung was relaxing in the mud and giving each other mud face massages, Jaebum set out to return pride to 2PM's name and challeneged Yoo Jaesuk to a mud duel. No Hongchul attacked Taecyeon by blowing on his face in what he called an 'Ammonia Attack,' ending in a victory for No Hongchul.



After having won another game duel, the Infinity Members could enjoy a full set table of food while the losers, 2PM, only had the luxury of rice and kimchi.

The group got up to a dance competition, showing the funnier side to 2PM and creating a fun atmosphere. Taking this as an opportunity, the 2PM members began to sneakily steal some of the Infinity Challenge members' side dishes. Being too into their dances, the Infinity Challenge members did not take notice.

Infinity Challenge, Sending rice to Jaebum caption

From start to finish, the Infinity Challenge members filmed the process of rice plant farming with the intention of donating it to the nation. Having helped the members, Infinity Challenge expressed wanting to send some to 2PM too as a gesture of thanks.



At the time of the filming, only NichKhun's homeland Thailand was mentioned, but later, the caption was added "We will also send some to Seattle too..." in an effort to acknowledge the fact that the current situation is different from the time of the filming, stating Jaebum's absence and his leave for Seattle.

The cable broadcast on Mnet releases a new Awards ceromony MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) Mnet mentioned along with the dance music awards 2PM are runner up for the male group award, many fans are concerned with whether the recent withdrawn member of 2PM's leader JAEBUM will be on the award ceromony stage preformance.

Although some people are stating 'This cannot happen', in November there are no measures in whether the new announcement of MMAA's award ceromony of 2PM's new member will happen as there are hopes for the 'Return of JAEBUM'.

Along with 2PM members and fans they are stating 'Without JAEBUM we will boycott' in this strong intention JYPE are careful about the a footing 'the return of JAEBUM'. On the 23rd in the afternoon a offical accouncement has been made about the stage 'Mnet have stated that 2PM's agency has revealed that they have promised there will be 7 members on stage. Also on 2PM's profiles Jaebeoms name is still there. Usually when a member withdraws from a group the name is deleted and it is written on the profile 'Withdrawn' this is the normal case which still exists today.

On the 25th it has been truthfully revealed that we will see JAEBUM on a variety show. After speaking badly about Korea and being chased out by fans he is currently living in seattle with his parents and gaining alot of attention. After the withdrawal this will be the first official interview that JAEBUM will do. 2PM Fans Strengthen Boycott

After finding out that 2PM has filed an advertisement without Park Jaebum, 2PM fans have stated that they "refuse to accept it" and that "All related items will be boycotted."

After Jaebum's leave, it has been revealed that 2PM has filmed an advert for a food product for a family restaurant type company.

2PM fans have created a hot issue on the boards and their own blogs, stating a definite boycott. They have been making comments such as "It's only natural that these products are being boycotted without Jaebum" and "I was a huge fan of this product but I can't bring myself to purchase anything of it without Jaebum."

In contrast, some fans have revealed the opposite, claiming that these activities will only hinder Park Jaebum from returning. "2PM must be successful as 6 members in order for Jaebum to return. If we boycott all 2PM activities, what is left for Jaebum to return to?"

The Fan union have come together recently after 2PM's leader Park Jay Bum had resigned from the group and left for America following the controversy surrounding the myspace issue.

The group had revealed itself as the 2PM Fan Union Underground and beginning with Korea: Philippines, Brazil, Malaysia, Germany, Singapore, Canada, Austria, Brunei, France, North America (LA, Seattle, Vancouver, Sacramento, New York, San Francisco, Houston, Boston) etc. -- in 11 countries and 19 cities the fans have held a time stop flash mob for Park Jay Bum's return to 2PM and uploaded the videos onto youtube gathering a lot of attention.

The videos have all been released/spread after the flash mob that took place in Seoul MyungDong when a total of 107 fans have froze abruptly at 1:58PM for approximately 2 minutes and continued to stay frozen until 2PM.

At the end of the video, they expressed their longing for Jay Bum's return writing 'Jay Bum ah, because you're not here, it feels as though time stopped'

First, despite their extremely quick sense of confronting and reacting to news, netizens lack the ability to make a valued judgment. Netizens were quick to judge based on a few mistranslated pieces of Jaebum's myspace.
