[NEWS] Ivy: "The 3rd comeback, sad that it's over so soon."

Singer Ivy has revealed her thoughts on completing her 3rd album activities.

Ivy (real name Park Eun Hye) wrote in her cyworld on February 2 with the title "hello, it's Ivy", and asked of her fans' health, saying "it's been a long time since I've said hello to my fans. it's getting chilly, is everyone ok? I'm doing fine".

She also talked a bit about her feelings, saying that she "finished [her] 3rd album activies on Inkigayo not so long ago" and that she was "very sad that it was already over, because it only felt like yesterday that [she] was on her 3rd album comeback stage".

Also, she added that there were sleepless nights before she released her 3rd album where she asked herself "will I be able to go on stage tomorrow?" and "will I be able to sing again?", and thanked her fans for "helping [her] every time she felt weak and small".

She also said, "although I was not able to perform more and meet more fans, I was happy because I was able to go on the stage again and sing", and she showed her determination, saying, "this is the beginning. when there is an end, there is also a beginning! I'll be back for a new beginning after I learn more".

She said that she was planning on practicing her singing and dancing a lot more, remembering the early days when she had just debuted, and that she will become Ivy who tries her best.

She also added that she will be back soon with a new image that will surprise everyone, and asked her fans to continue supporting her.

Ivy has completed her 3rd album activities on the 23rd of January with a performance on Inkigayo.

[News]Ivy Sues The Netizen Who Hacked Into Her Information

Since Ivy's comeback, she has been slammed with bad luck and her recent streak of it comes in the form of identity theft.

Ivy revealed that on the 14th, she turned in a form to the Seoul Kangnam Police declaring that she will press charges on the netizen who hacked into her information.

Ivy's agency has released a warning addressing the thief, "To the netizen who has released and abused Ivy's identification number, we will press full charges against him or her."

Apparently, the netizen who had stolen Ivy's identification number changed the passwords to her various accounts on blogs and shopping sites. In addition, the netizen used her information to make accounts on different adult sites and took photos accusing Ivy of looking at porn.

Her agency also said, "To block anymore damage, we have decided to press charges. Seeing how this netizen had used Ivy's personal information so easily without any guilt or second thoughts, we have decided to warn the netizens to think about doing such actions by enforcing a full investigation."

On her show Ivy Back, she successfully completed a bungee jump attempt. A report published a photo of her certificate, but failed to blur out her identification number. The picture was published online and it circulated rapidly.

Later the photo blurred out the numbers, but the damage has already been done. Ivy's agency is in the process of taking legal actions against the reporter as well as the netizens who are spreading Ivy's identification number.

[News] Singer Ivy’s ID number leaked online and used for hacking by netizens!

With news that singer Ivy’s ID number was leaked online, the source of leakage DC Inside comedy program Gallery experienced excess of traffic and serve downtime. A photo revealing Ivy’s ID number was posted up on the site on 10th January and with that Ivy’s personal information has been leaked online as well.

Ivy attempted the bungee jump on Mnet ‘Ivy Back’ recently, the problem was magnified when the reporter published a photo the certificate certifying that Ivy has succeeded in the bungee jump attempt. The reporter did not mosaic out Ivy’s ID number on the photo and just published the photo, and the photo was circulated rapidly online instantly.

Even though the photo was mosaic-ed later, netizens have already made captures of the earlier photo and posted them up on DCInside. With that, netizens have continued with leaking out Ivy’s personal information. Some netizens even hacked into community sites and portal sites with her ID number.

Ivy’s company said, “We will be taking legal actions against the reporter and also netizens who leaked out the personal informatio of Ivy. We will also be hiring cyber crime investigators and will be taking legal actions against any netizens who will use Ivy’s ID number to do hacking.”

[News] Ivy Set to Hit TV Airwaves

K-pop singer Ivy will hit the airwaves Sunday, signaling her comeback to terrestrial TV after a two-year hiatus.

The 27-year-old singer, who has been off the public radar since 2007 due to conflicts that arose after Ivy's former boyfriend threatened to make public sex videos of the couple, recently made a stage comeback, broadcast by a music cable channel.

She will perform on an SBS TV music program on Sunday, which will be broadcast live. It will be the first time in about two years that she will appear on a terrestrial TV show.

Ivy made her debut in 2005 with her first album ``My Sweet and Free Day.'' The album was a minor hit and after a one-year hiatus, she released her second album, ``A Sweet Moment,'' which spawned the hit "Sonata of Temptation."

Ivy was on MBC FM ‘ShinDong and Kim ShinYeong’s ShimShimTaPa’ on 2nd December when she said, “After the scandal, I wanted us to remain as good friends, when I was caught in another scandal, he just suddenly stop contact with me. I tried to call him, but it was some girl who picked up the call.”

Singer Ivy comes out to explain the statement she wrote on her minihompy ‘Thank you Hottest’ while closing down her minihompy.

Ivy’s performance with 2PM Nich Khun previously on 21st November on 2009 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) has attracted many bashing on her minihompy by fans. In the end, her minihompy was closed down, and she left a message thanking 2PM fans Hottests which had led to another round of criticisms. .

But Ivy reveals that the reason for closing down her site is not 2PM fans, “It is very much a misunderstanding.”

Netizens recently posted up photoshopped photos or captures of her performing her recent hit song ‘Touch Me’ and called them ‘Ivy Embarrassment Photos’ on an online portal site recently.

There were 4 photos in total. The first one features one part of Ivy’s dance movements being compared to an orang utan and there was a caption which says ‘fight’ attached.

vy was getting attacked by 2PM fans, specifically Nichkhun's on her Cyworld minihompy. We thought it was just another minor fangirl rage moment, but the continued harassment has finally gotten to Ivy.

Ivy has now shut down her cyworld minihompy and on the main title it says, "Thank you Hottests! I will shut down my minihompy for a while." I have to hand it to Ivy for her sarcasm, it made me chuckle.

With that said, Ivy definitely had no intentions of angering Nichkhun's fans with the performance. Not only that, but it wasn't even her idea. It should be blatantly obvious that Mnet wanted to grab more viewers by putting an idol group and a sexy singer up on stage together - but as usual, fangirls are insane.

The comments she received were pretty harsh and she did not deserve most of them. What is there to be angry about? It's just a performance, get over it.

Singer Ivy's minihompy is under attack by 2PM fans after her sexy performance with Nichkhun on MAMA/Mnet Asian Music Awards.

She not only wore a low-cut outfit that revealed a lot of cleavage, but also had the guts to pull 2PM's cutie, Nichkhun, up to the stage to be on top of him seduce him in front of thousands of viewers.

After the performance, Ivy's minihompy was flooded with hate comments from 2PM's hardcore fans. The various comments said, "Why would you mess with Nichkhun?", "Where did you come from?" "Do you want your minihompy to be terrorized?", "You shouldn't have done that," and more.

Now, there are people simply criticizing Ivy's clothes, saying, 'You should have just taken it off," to "The performance was okay, but your outfit wasn't."

However, not all 2PM fans are attacking Ivy. There are few 2PM fans who commented, "Don't mind the hate comments," and "I apologize on their behalf."

Last year's epic MKMF kiss performance by Lee Hyori and Big Bang's TOP made many fangirls and boys cry out in jealously. [news] Ex-Management Company Causes Problems for Ivy

For her third album, I Be..., Ivy was set to make a full recovery from her sex scandal, but trying to make that recovery is going to be difficult especially if she is not getting exposure through music programs.

Ivy made her comeback on SBS' Inkigayo on November 1st with her song "Touch Me," and fans were expecting Ivy to continue her comeback stages on KBS and MBC. Two weeks has past since her comeback stage on SBS, and still Ivy has not performed on either KBS or MBC. Now fans are left questioning when exactly, or if she will ever make those other comebacks.

Although Ivy's album and songs are doing well in the music charts, she has not been doing well in promoting them. KBS and MBC explained that if an artist has a good song, they will liaise for performances, but in Ivy's case, they do not feel as though they need to have her performances.

If we look deeper into this issue, the finger points back to Ivy's ex-mangament company.

Ivy is currently under De Chocolate E&TF, but in the past, she was under Fantom Entertainment. After discovering that her ex-management company has been lobbying PDs to have its entertainers appear on shows, it has led to a discord between music company and the two television companies.

Even though Ivy is no longer with Fantom Entertainment, she is still tied to the company and faces biased treatments because of her previous ties. In addition, with the recent news that Ivy's music video, "Touch Me," has been banned, it does not help her situation nor give MBC or KBS a reason to have her on their programs.

De Chocolate E&TF acknowledges Ivy's strength in her live performances, and regret that the current situation is hindering her from performing on music shows. Sadly, from this statement, we do not know if Chocolate E&TF will work to resolve this issue.

Fans have been expressing their surprise over the expected MAMA stage between 2PM and Ivy. After switching their name to MAMA after 10 years of being MKMF, MAMA revealed plans on having Ivy and 2PM have a joint performance as part of a surprise event stage.

Although some have been showing curiosity with comments such as "Is this true?" and "I wonder what's going to happen," the general reaction from fans seem to be negative, after the performance shown by TOP and Lee Hyori last year. On November 11,2009, besides having the stylish event ‘Style Icon Awards 2009′, there’s also another big event being held in Seoul city.

It is called -Visit Korea year 2010-2012′ 50 days Countdown Opening Ceremony-. The event is held on Nov 11,2009 at Cheonggye Square. Why Nov 11 ? According to Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) it is simply because it’s exactly 50 days before 2010. And why 3 years campaign you say ? Because it’s a joint program with 7 major events in it (held in 3 years time) and that includes the Korean Wave Festival. It is a huge and international event as 800 foreign tourists are reported attending the event.

And of course, the Kpop Stars are also supporting the campaign and gave their best performance in the opening ceremony of Visit Korea Year 2010-2012.

We have heard Lee Hyori's thoughts about Ivy. Now it is Ivy's turn to share her thoughts about Lee Hyori.

In a recent interview with Asia Economy Newspaper Ivy says, "Lee Hyori sunbae is someone whom I've liked very much since I was in the ninth grade. During my second album, when I was promoting 'Sonata of Temptation,' I was very surprised to see articles saying that I was her rival. It was because, to me she was a much higher existence. Just being able to do something with her is such an honor. I've only seen her performing from afar. I've never have the chance to see her up close."

Ivy added, "I've also been cursed at a lot because of her too. There was a significant amount of opinions saying 'how dare you even think about forming a rival with Lee Hyori.' I received a lot of stress from it. I worried a lot when I heard that Lee Hyori sunbae would do a comeback too. I was doing a comeback in a difficult time and to think that I was being mentioned along side with a big star like Lee Hyori sunbae was very burdensome."

"Ultimately, when I heard Lee Hyori sunbae wasn't doing a comeback I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. But I was also disappointed. I thought I would be able to work harder since the level of my nervousness would double. Nevertheless, thank you. Because of this sunbae I was able to raise my level to this point."

On an ending note she added, "I'll try my best to work harder to go along with sunbae. Until then, articles that keep attaching us together will be very burdensome. I would like to ask a favor of those reporters to please refrain from writing articles about us being rivals..."

During this interview, the reporter wrote that Ivy was very cheerful. Ivy said, "I'm so happy to stand in front of my fans and show them my bright side."
