Top K-pop singer Insooni will hold a concert at Carnegie Hall in New York next year.The concert will take place on Feb. 5. An official from the singer's agency was quoted as saying, "A contract was made through negotiations after a proposal for the performance from New York."Insooni, 52, performed at Carnegie Hall in 1999.
