']]}[News] Overseas fans do balloon project for WonderGirls SunMi “We will wait for you”
It has been known the overseas fans’ passion for WonderGirls SunMi is very much heated.
Recently the fans carried out a ‘Balloon Project’ event outside the JYP USA building for SunMi who is leaving the group WonderGirls. 500 overseas fans had the message, “We wanto say that we will miss you and let’s meet again after you finish your studies. We will wait for you.” written in purple on the balloon, which was released into the sky.
The fan who prepared the event posted up photos on the blog and wrote, “To show fans’ love and support, we will be releasing 150 of such balloons with 500 messages written on them around the world by fans including those in Korea.”
Meanwhile, SunMi had her last performance with the WonderGirls on 20th February on Pop-con concert. She will return to Korea in March.

‘Heading to the ground‘definitely helped Yunho to reveal his acting talents to the korean viewers. Indeed, DBSK leader is nominated for popularity award at the 46th Paeksang Arts Awards. His partner on screen, Ara, is also nominated. The ceremony will to be aired on KBS 2TV the 26th of March. Because of his busy schedule (“This Is It” concerts), there is no confirmation that Yunho will be attending. Famous Hallyu Trot singer Kim Yeon Jae highly praised BoA and TVXQ on their Hallyu activities.
At the press conference that was held at the World Ruby Room at the Lotte Hotel in Jamshil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 24th for her nationwide tour, Kim Yeon Ja said, “BoA and TVXQ are truly amazing.”

Founder of SM Entertainment resigned from SM Korea's management position.
An SM Entertainment spokesman explained that,
"From now on, Lee Soo Man will focus only on future foreign production activities."
Lee Soo Man will withdraw from his duties at SM (Korea) which he founded in 1995.
He will formally resign from the public management director's position on the 25th,
and stay only as the main shareholder of SM Entertainment in Korea.
However, it is expected that no particular change will be made at SM after his resignation
from the director's position since SM (in Korea) has been administered by the representative Kim Youngmin.
However it could bring the case that SM artists' situation/내실
could be strengthened/improved/강화될 due to this change at SM eEtertainment (Korea).

Recently, Avex sold their stocks to Lee Soo Man and Neowizbugs.

Popular group Dong Bang Shin Ki and Big Bang receive recognised awards in Japan.
On 24th February durig the 24th Golden Disk award organised by Japan Records Association, Big Bang was awarded ‘The Best 5 New Artistes’ while Dong Bang Shin Ki won ‘The Best MV’ award with ‘All About 東方神起 season 3′.
The Japan Golden Disk award has been a grand annual event for singers since its establishment in 1987. The criteria for the awards are based on album sales of the singers.
