[News] Big Bang wins the “Rookie Award” at the Gold Disk Awards

Big Bang wins the Rookie Award at the “Gold Disk Awards” in Japan.

On February 24th according to the Recording Industry Association Big Bang was nominated under the “Best 5 New Artists” category. Gold Disk awards were based on the sales of albums from last year.

Big Bang who debuted last year in Japan with their single “My Heaven“, after that “GARA GARA GO!” and lastly ”Koe Wo Kikasete“, rose to fame when all of their singles entered the top 5 spots on the Oricon album chart. After having such an impact in Japan and good reaction from the public, they have won the rookie award.

[NEWS] SNSD "Encore Concert? It's A Little Different"

SNSD's encore concert will be planned with slight difference than the previous concerts.

Last December, SNSD, who ended their first solo concert with great success, will have their "Encore! SNSD The 1st Asia Tour Concert" on 27th and 28th in Seoul Olympic Park's Fencing Stadium to repay the fans for their cheer and support.

The concert is supposed to be an encore concert, but as it is their first solo concert after their comeback, they are planning to reveal the songs from the official second album which hasn't been performed yet.

According to SM Entertainment's representative, if the girls revealed "Show!Show!Show!" and "Be Happy" prior to their album release during the December concert, then they will be performing other songs from the second album as a fan service.

[News] Lee Hyori and Rain to comeback and promote in the same time period after 7 years

It will be the first time in 7 years that the male and female representative sexy stars Rain and Lee Hyori perform on stage in the same time period.

2PM has opened their mouths about Jay.

On the February 23rd episode of Win Win, 2PM showed off their wittiness.

When asked the question, "What do each of you guys value a lot?" 2PM replied that they're all very precious to each other, including Jay. Previously, 2PM has restricted any comments about Jay from the audience on the episode that aired on the 16th. On that episode, they have said that they will not reveal anything about Jay and asked for forgiveness to the audience.

On the new episode, 2PM was also asked the question how long they think 2PM will last. They replied that although eventually, they will have their own things, they still want to get together when they're 40 or 50 and put out an album. They said that they would like to be a group that can unite again.
