Singer Ivy is finally back after 2 years and 7 months!

She held her comeback showcase on 27th October at 6pm in a club in Seoul ChungDamDong for her 3rd album release.

She said during the showcase, “I’ve always live by as a singer, but because of scandal and problems with man, I was told to stop being a singer and I hated that. I want to show everyone that I’m back, tiding through the difficult times.”

Meanwhile, she also performed the title song ‘Touch Me’ to her 3rd album, together with other songs from the album at the showcase. It was said that Psy who wrote her the title song was also present at the showcase.

[News] Court rules partial provisional disposition of exclusive belonging terms for DBSK/THSK/TVXQ’s contract with SM Ent

The court has gave out the final ruling on the lawsuit between the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM Entertainment.

Seoul Central Court revealed on 27th October a citation of their ruling for the lawsuit between the SM Entertainment and TVXQ Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun.

It was revealed, “We see that part of the terms in their contract has much destroyed the good morals of the whole contract. SM Entertainment should not interfere with its singers’ independent unique activities and also contract to perform and other entertainment activities.”

Previously in July, the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki has revealed their 13-year long contract under SM Entertainment, which meant that they will possibly be working under SM Entertainment for life, and has applied for the effect of provisional disposition of the terms in their contract. And the 2 parties have engaged in a lawsuit as SM Entertainment insist that the terms under their contract are reasonable.

The court also revealed, “Through the individual agreement, there is high possibility for group activities to continue, but for the provisional disposition of the existing activities and the profit allocation, it is invalid and difficult. We will have to dismiss the application for the full provisional disposition of the effects of the exclusive belonging terms in the contract.”

The court ruled partial disposition of the exclusive contract terms – to dispose of the SM Ent’s interference to the members’ independent unique activities and also contract to perform and other entertainment activities

But the part about profit allocation will still have to stay

this the news that I read in soompi the courts in favor of the boys, and they stated that the boys should be able to be more independent (meaning they can reject schedules that SM proposes and can do their own businesses without interference) but not move companies (meaning all the boys will be under SM!) [News] Highly anticipated sexy diva showdown between Hyori and Ivy will not happen!

The highly anticipated ’showdown’ between sexy divas Lee Hyori and Ivy in October will not happen ultimately.

This is because according to Hyori’s company, the release of her comeback 4th album which was originally set to happen this month will be pushed back till early next year. Hyori’s company has stated, “We are currently preparing for the album. To be more careful and to give the best for fans, we have decided to push it back next year for her comeback.”

Lee Hyori had a successful comeback last year with her 3rd with title song ‘U-Go-Gil’ and there has been much anticipation for her comeback 4th album. This was especially since it has been seen as possibly her last album as her contract with Mnet Media is coming to an end.

A staff from Mnet Media said, “The songs for the album are all out, and we are still receiving the songs to be included in it. Lee Hyori has also participated in the planning for this album.”

Meanwhile, singer Ivy held her comeback showcase on 27th October, and will be officially back promoting. It will be her comeback after 2 years, and fans have been anticipating he comeback .

She will be back with a dance title song ‘Touch Me’ and before her official comeback, she has already revealed the songs ‘Good Bye Tears’ and ‘Parade’ from her comeback album.

[News]MBLAQ and 2NE1 to perform on same stage!

The two groups will both be performing on October 31st at the Seoul Olympic Stadium for the "Superstar Power of Love Concert."

Thunder stated to a Newsen reporter:
