The 2AM leader, Jo Kwon, was named by Vogue Girl magazine as their It Boy” of 2009. The “We got Married” star shed his comic image to display his “It Boy” qualities-whatever that means. But, wasn’t it his silly charm that got him the title in the first place?
For the shoot, Jo Kwon took on a V-line hairstyle to match his (feminine) V-line jaw (or did he want to look like Spock?). At first, Jo Kwon thought the hairstyle was alienish, but he later the style grew on him. In other words, he didn’t have much of a choice.
Other “It Boy” nominees include Hwang Chan-bin (Pierre Deporte, Tempted Again), Ji Chang-wook (Sons of Sol Pharmacy), Yoon Shi-yoon (High Kick Through the Roof), and Song Jae-lim (Olive Show).
Accompanying the MBLAQ photoshoot, the December issue of Vogue Girl will be released in Korea on December 18th. Let’s hope to see some non-hand-to-forehead photos too!
