All five members of TVXQ will be coming to Japan together in a near future
to prepare to perform for various end of the year programs in Japan.
After the favorable results of the Seoul central government office over the TVXQ's contract issue, Avex had announced TVXQ's activities in Japan starting this fall.
Avex has not yet revealed the entire schedule of TVXQ's activities in Japan toward the end of the year 2009,
However,
Avex did confirm, that Avex is trying to schedule TVXQ's attendance
at the Kohaku Utagassen and also at the Record Taisho!!!

After the last October 27th Court decision of terminating some effects of exclusive contract, the five members of TVXQ will be back to Japan and resume their activities there.
On the 29th (today) Daily Sports Japan met TVXQ’s official from their signed Japanese label AVEX, and as quoted from the official, TVXQ members should be back to Japan to continue their full activities this fall.
The official did not mention a specific schedule, however he said that the year-end events such as “The 51st TBS Japan Record Award” (organized by Japan Composers Association) and especially “The 60th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen” are included in the current schedule.
According to Sankei Sports on the 29th, the popular group Tohoshinki will also participate in theme song for NHK new drama “とめはねっ!铃里高校书道部” that is starting on January 7th next year, the song is entitled “BREAK OUT!”
NHK side commented, “We’re gathering image as Tohoshinki is one of the most popular group in Japan right now.” . While TVXQ leader U-Know Yunho said about their new song, “We hope through this song, we can give even just a little cheering hope for the youngsters.”

New Song's Title: "BREAK OUT!!"It is revealed on October 28th, 2009,
that TVXQ will take charge of the main theme song of
"Break Out!" which will be used at NHK's New Drama Series,
"Tomehane (Let us jump together)! Suzusato High School, Calligraphy Club".
(The Drama will start to air on January 7th, 2010; 8 PM on Thursdays.)
It is the first time for TVXQ to sing the theme song in Japanese production work of NHK.
They sang "Beautiful You", the theme song of the historical Korean Drama, "The Legend",
broad casted at NHK (2007-2008).
NHK chose TVXQ because they are:
"The group which has the most power right now (by NHK).
TVXQ participated last year's "Kohaku Utagassen,
(Red and White New Year's Music Special by NHK)";
they also performed two nights in Tokyo Dome very successfully."
The song will be a light pop music.
It is connected to the story line of the drama,
which displays the love story and the competition of the small calligraphy club
at the High school.
"Grab your own future, be positive and keep on going,
then your destiny will become bright! It is all up to you!"
That kind of message is included in this theme song.
TVXQ's leader Yunho (23) said,
"That will be nice if we could support young people
who are trying their best to achieve their dreams in their lives."
