[OSEN= Reporter Lee Myeong Joo] Many stars, including Lee Da Hae and Jang Geun Suk, are scheduled to make appearances on the debut recording of Kim Heechul's Youngstreet, a part of SBS's new spring schedule.

For his first solo radio hosting of Youngstreet, Super Junior's Kim Heechul has organized a celebration show and invited some special close entertainer friends to the studio for his first day of broadcasting on 29th. Both Lee Da Hae, from the recent drama 'Chuno', and the charismatic Jang Geun Seuk, from "You are Beautiful", will make appearances and have a good time with Kim Heechul.

Recently Lee Da Hae has had a very busy schedule and has become the most wanted person in show business due to her work in 'Chuno', while Jang Geun Suk rarely appears on radio shows, but these two celebrities have both spoken of their intentions to support Kim Heechul's comeback as a DJ.

Also for the debut broadcast, there has been preparations for phone calls with Kim Heechul's close and famous friends FT Island's Lee Hongki and Epik High's Mithra.

For the second day of broadcasting on 30th, Kim Heechul will appear with "Wang Biho" Yoon Hyeong Bin and the 'Heeline': SNSD Jessica, F(x)'s Sulli, and Super Junior's Donghae. On this broadcast, these people who have been through joy and sorrow together with Heechul for a long time are expected to share Kim Heechul's secrets.

Kim Heechul has revealed his ambition at a press conference: "I want to make a brodcast that reflects my own personality". Since he is coming back to work as a DJ after 5 years, Kim Heechul has been focusing on listener's concerns before his comeback.

[News] SNSD, 2PM and Lee DaHae for “Mr.World 2010″

The race to become “The world’s most desirable man” will begin from March 12 in Korea, with candidates representing some 80 countries from around the world.

The United Kingdom’s Miss World Organization and the Hankook Ilbo-The Korea Times Media Group, host of the Miss Korea pageant since 1957, are co-organizing the competition, while Incheon City is sponsoring the event.

The final contest, to be held on March 27 at the Songdo ConvensiA, Incheon, will feature appearances by British singer-supermodel Alesha Dixon, popular actors Lee DaHae and Julien Kang, and K-pop groups 2PM and Girls’ Generation, among others.

The competition will be broadcast to some 1 billion viewers in 140 countries, through the U.K.’s SKY1 TV, China’s CCTV, the United States’ Bravo and E, Russia’s CTC, Brazil’s CMT, Mexico’s Televisa and South Africa’s SABC3, among others.

Meanwhile, Lee DaHae agency spoke out the reason of her participation in the show, “Lee DaHae is offered to participate in the event as she has the oriental beauty and also for her ability to speak both Korean and English,” he said.

Will Lee DaHae advance to Hollywood too?

On Feb 26, 2010 Lee DaHae was seen at a party! But NOT in Korea yet in Hollywood !
The pretty actress attended a character launching party held by a global  entertainment company Warner Bros in LA. And, this invitation has made people curious whether this is a sign of her Hollywood career advance.
Lee DaHae’s agency J.Tune Entertainment,” It is true, that the Warner Bros has put interest to her acting skills when they visit Korea earlier this year. Warner Bros expressed their interest to her fluency in English and Chinese.”


More about the party invitation, it is also revealed that Lee DaHae is the only Asian actress invited to the party and it is also said that both Lee DaHae and Warner Bros will have a discussion about their future project together during her visit in the country.

[News] Lee Da-Hae Once Dated Her Co-Star?

Chuno’s current leading lady Lee Da-hae will be on an upcoming episode of KBS’s show Sweet Night [달콤한 밤], which she already recorded. In the appearance, she admits that she dated one of her past co-stars, and although she didn’t identify him by name, she explained, “I have dated one of my co-stars in real life. We broke up in October 2008. However, the scandals that have come up have all been with surprising people.”
My first guess would have been her My Girl co-star Lee Dong-wook, but since there was pretty wide speculation about them, her statement seems to contradict that. She also discounts her more recent scandal with Kang Ji-hwan, which she says arose because they happened to meet while both were in Thailand, which got exaggerated as a couple’s vacation. My other guess would be her other My Girl co-star Lee Jun-ki; if not, I suppose it could also be (sob) Go Soo, but I’d guess it was someone earlier in her career. (The breakup pre-dates East of Eden, Robbers co-star Jang Hyuk was in a long-term relationship, I don’t really see her with Hello Miss’s Lee Ji-hoon, and it wasn’t Lee Dong-gun since he dated co-star Han Ji-hye out of Sweet 18…) Let the wild speculations begin.
Lee Da-hae’s appearance will air on the January 24 broadcast of Sweet Night.

These stills were released from KBS’s upcoming sageuk-action drama Chuno (Slave Hunters) on the 16th, which feature the drama’s leading lady Lee Da-hae dressed in wedding garb wearing a sad expression on her face.

In the storyline, Lee Da-hae’s character Hye-won is caught in a love triangle between her two male co-stars, Jang Hyuk and Oh Ji-ho. Her love with Jang Hyuk’s character is hindered by the gap in their social standing; while dealing with her disappointment over that love, she meets Oh Ji-ho’s character and the two fall in love. These stills show her sadness at being pressured into an unwanted marriage in order to maintain her yangban (aristocratic) standing.

Chuno, which will premiere on January 6, 2010, is Lee Da-hae’s first role since the disappointment of East of Eden, which was supposed to be a high-profile vehicle for her but instead relegated her to minor supporting character status. She took a long hiatus after dropping that drama, and if pre-show buzz proves accurate, Chuno will be a much better setting for her to show off her talents at melodrama.
