Wonder girls maknae SunMi announced that she is quitting wonder girls to go back to school. Because of their american expansion and promotions overseas, she and SoHee had to quit middle school to fully concentrate on their activities as part of Wonder Girls. This news saddened and broke the hearts of wonderfuls.
2AM 'Even If I Die, I Will Not Let You Go' Music Video was released marking the start of their 2nd mini album promotions, after being on hiatus for 6 months. 2am is back with a deep slow ballad song that has a deep meaning, its true,,.. you should watch it with english subs so that you can understand it to the fullest!

Son DamBi from the hit song "Saturday night" said that she is probably going to make a comeback this coming April, she is now taking into considerations her songs and preparations for her album. Looks like she's going to have a heads on with 2ne1 since YG said that 2ne1 is going to make a full comeback around april with a full album.

BEAST's 100th day after their debut! its been that long? wow! their mini album was a sure success and now promotion Taiwan with 4minute. BEAST served as a second change for some of the members of the group, and with BEAST they proved to be one heck of a talented idol group!
After breaking the news yesterday of SunMi's widthrawal, it was announced that long time JYP trainee
Hae Lim is going to take SunMi's empty spot to continue wonder girls being a 5 member group.
Super Junior held their concert as part of their 2nd Asian tour at Beijing, Guangzhou with 10 members present, absentees were Hankyung, Kim Bum and Kangin who have their own issues at their hands.

After School won their third mutizen @ SBS Inkigayo Popular song marking their triple crown for their album. First triple crown since their debut.
Ivy ended her 3rd album promotions after being on hiatus for two years @ inkigayo popular song, she performed with tears, for ever since she had her comeback she was being bombarded with scandal, such as her title song "touch me" being banned, her scandal with Nickhun @ their joint performance @ MAMA awards, her security number being leaked to the public. Lets wish her luck on her next comeback whenever that is.

After releasing their 2nd full length album~ their title song Oh! was scandalized as plagiarizing Rihanna's Shut up and drive. Looks like
SNSD is not an exception in this whole "plagiarism" trend by netizens, but despite this issue, their album selled like hot cakes once the physical album was made available selling over 30,000 copies in one day.

TRAX from SM entertainment released their new mini album after being on hiatus for three long years! and the music video of their title song featured victoria of f(x) and heechul of super junior.

Kara announced that they are going to have a comeback around mid-february with a brand new album sparking a girl group battle between SNSD, a little deja vu anyone?
U-kiss released a song from their First full album entitle "without you" which isnt the title track of the album but only a preview of how their album sounds like and it their album is produced none other that hit maker songwriter and producer Brave Brothers. Dont you love their new concept? Theyr getting better and better each album.

SNSD's 2nd full album with over 200,000 pre orders was finally physically released on this day which made sones really happy.
Nicole of Kara graduated from college with her course vetenary science marking the end of her reality show "Nicole the Entertainer’s Introduction to Veterinary Science". notice their new hair styles? looks like they are already prepping up for their comeback album!

Rain won the lawsuit that was filed against him by Wellmade STARM entertainment group because of the cancellation of his concert which was reasoned out from Rain's side to be because of poor preparations by the US promoters.
Hae Lim the supposed to be part of the "Chinese Wonder Girls" trio girl group was announce to be going to debut as part of the wonder girls in early February at an event @ China, Hae Lim is said to be fluent on 4 languages and awesome dance skills, but looks to me that that didnt excite wonderfuls, she's gonna have a hard time because i sense a lot of negativity upon her debut filling in Sunmi's spot.
Swine Flu isnt done with kpop stars yet as T-ara member
Soyeon is confirmed to have Swine Flu thus cancelling T-ara's performance @ music bank. Hope she recovers soon!
Hottest's announced that on the 31st of January around 1pm they are going to have a nationwide protest for the withdrawal of 2pm's Leadja

Lee Hyori said that she is going to make her much awaited comeback around end of february or early march, her album was very much delayed of being released when it was supposedly to be released November last year, but knowing hyori, she wanted her album to be picture perfect and asked for a longer time to prepare for her comeback album which is going to be explosive!
Its the start of
Big Bang's korean 3 day conert Big Show which starts on the 29th till 31st of January. This concert is for their korean fans which they have missed after being gone for 1 year to push through their debut at Japan.
Super Rookie CN Blue won their first mutizen at KBS Music Bank proving that they are super rookie's! Winning with astounding album sales which are very far from their opponents which were Ga-in and Jokwons we fell in love and T-ara's bo beep. Very surprising but gotta love it since they trully deserve it!
This week-end mash up is a FRIDAY - TO - FRIDAY summary basis. So from January 22 to 29, i have summarized the hottest issue's for everyones memory safe keeping :) This is an article for those busy kpop fans who weren't able to update themselves for the past few days!
