Korean singer Younha has swept online music charts again with her latest single "I Broke Up Today", according to a press release by agency Lion Media.
"Today", the title track from her third album "Part B. Growing Season", was ranked at No. 1 on Korean music channel Mnet's weekly singles and albums charts for the week of December 21-27.
The song -- written by popular R&B singer Park Hwayobi -- also received the most airplay on the radio during the same period, according to Air Monitor Chart.
Web-based music provider Dosirak, who ranks songs by the number of listeners and downloads, reported that "Today" topped its weekly music chart for the second consecutive week(Dec. 14-20, Dec. 21-27).
The 21-year-old singer, nicknamed the "Oricon comet" for her success in Japan, released her debut album "Go! Younha" in Japan in 2005. She has since released several more albums in Japan and Korea as well.
Younha held her first solo concert on December 25, which was attended by some 2,500 fans.
