After finishing the Osaka 'A-nation 09' performance on the 30th of August, Tohoshinki had returned to Korea, and because of contract problems, a lot of attention had been garnered. After a period of 3 months, Tohoshinki has restarted their Japanese activities, and the five will perform together.
It has been confirmed that they will participate in the 'Best Hits Music Festival' held on the 26th of November, and the 'FNS Music Festival' held on the 2nd of December.
The end of year award festivals and Kouhaku performance schedules are still in progress, and in a while, we'll be able to see the five of them together.
As a note, the 'Best Hits Music Festival' held on the 26th has Tohoshinki, EXILE, Koda Kumi and Ikimonogakari nominated for the Gold Artist Award.

According to the newspaper above which was posted in 2ch today (a very popular Japanese community forum) and was also pointed by many netizens in poplez, Tohoshinki is confirmed that they will attend 2009 NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen!
This is their 3rd confirmed attendance for Japanese year-end events after Nihon TV “Best Hits Song Festival 2009″ and Fuji TV’s “FNS MUsic Festival.
