Let's just say things didn't go to well at the Noi Bai International Airport of Vietnam (in Hanoi). But who cares, fans were certainly excited to see the girls perform at the Vietnam-Korea Friendship Festival 2009.
Today's hot topic (or headline) is certainly the arrival of the girls in Vietnam. The fans were wild and satisfied as the Girl's perform 2 of their hits on stage in a happy attitude at the festival. The girls' were the main highlight of the show at yesterday's festival at the National Conventional Center.
Nearly after 1 hour of watching some Vietnamese/Korean girls performing a traditional music of each of their country, the festival has just began.
The first appearance began with Korean 6-member group U-Kiss. But when they were performing Vietnamese fans proved how they are not like Korean fans as they didn't have much knowledge of the group. However they still cheered on for them.
The 6 guys were wearing black leather suits which looked good on them. U-kiss gave an expected/acceptable performance and a cute speech during their performance. Fans realized how U-kiss and other Korean artistes who performed did well.

Next up was Son Ho Young (former G.O.D. member). Compared to SNSD and U-Kiss, Ho Young was the most experieced korean artist there. Therefore from the first sight when he appeared, fangirls were already excited. Not only that Ho Young was handsome but he was quite skillful on how to communicate with the audience. Ho Young gave the most stylish performance of the night to capture the audience.
When Son Ho Young returns to South Korea, he will remember the best moments in Vietnam because he thought that Vietnamese girls look so cute. However there was quite an accident before he arrived at the Theatre.
(Article cut!~ Performance of Vietnamese Singer Mr.Dam / Đàm Vĩnh Hưng) The most honoured Vietnamese Artist to perform tonight. But with his tone, the audience wasn't able to see being dedicated to the performance. He sang 2 songs at the night.
Though the Vietnamese people did not understand Korean much, they were able to have a good time and follow with the easy lyrics.
The 2nd last performance were SNSD. The fans went wild as the MCs of the show announced out that the beautiful and talented 9 girls will now perform (8 were only present, Yuri was absent due to her conflict timetable.) Most spectators who were present and quite older also joined the crowd by yelling and screaming. 'This is true peoples, It's real.. The girl's have arrived.'
SONES (SNSD fanclub members) screamed and shouted out every single name of the members while being in the audience. The idol members then smiled and gave a short introduction and interview. The greeted the audience but say 'Hello Everyone!' in Vietnamese.
The girls were the main highlight of tonight as they performed 2 songs, 'Gee' and 'Tell Me Your Wish (Genie).' Though the performance was quite lipsynced with the music from the M/V, everyone continue to show their support throughout.
'It was quite an Opportunity to see the beautiful members of SNSD appear in Vietnam.'
After the performance had ended, Vietnamese SONES wanted them to stay in Vietnam longer, as Yuri was absent from the performance and they believe that all 9 members should be together.
Vietnam - Korea Friendship Festival ended successfully, giving the audience much hope that the new cultural activities were useful, interesting will happen again in the near future ...
