Hey there! It’s the resident Princess of DKP here~ hahahaha XD well yeah.. self proclaimed princess, anyways, heres a little something more about me:

>I love super junior to death … I love kpop and has influenced my entire family into liking it, YEP! Including my parents, my mom is a fan of wonder girls! Im 17, in my second year in college, taking up civil engineering. Since im taking up engineering im a tough chick~ I have been part of the staff for 3 months now! I entered when the blog was only 2 months old back then it wasn’t as incredible as now! Im a very dedicated person, just simple .. you know.. your average girl~ Im very friendly and I wont bite. I guess I value my principles in life and very opinionated. I respect others opinions too but when it goes over the line I wont lose to you in a fight. I value my friends.. .even if just friends I met online… theyr special to me too .. joining this blog has been such a blessing to me, for not only am I able to be updated myself on kpop I met awesome friends too! Fellow staffers and visitors alike!



About DKP: were very new in this circle of news but fortunately so far things are looking good for us. I have personally learned a lot, not only in blogging but in judging and values. We treat each other like families, us staffers and our visitors and fans our dear friends. We make sure were the first when it comes to delivering news and give you the best there is to kpop! Our forum is officially launched finally!

We have been posting K Pop News on our blog for more than 5 months since our blog was built in May,the main purpose for me to build this forum is to enable more K Pop lovers to have the opportunity to post some latest K Pop stuffs there,you can only post comments on our blog here but there are more functions in our forum.

[Annoucement] Many thanks for your banners submissions,New Year banners competition opens!

Many thanks to so many excellent graphic designers for submitting your artworks to us,i am here to announce a project that we are going to have in the near future,it is named as Hot K Pop Wallpapers,meaning that we will post a permanent thread on our blog for the 3 selected designers to submit their artworks to us from time to time and we will post them on the thread for K Pop lovers to download.We will help you to promote your Twitter or Facebook account on the thread if you managed to become one of the designers.

In order to become our blog's official designers,you have to participate in the New Year Banners Designing Competition.You have to submit a total of 3 banners in order to participate in the competition.

The banners should have the conditions below
1)The main theme is "New Year" (Year 2010)
2)The banners must contain Daily K Pop News,URL of our blog,Slogan (The Home Of K Pop Lovers)
3)Three banners
300 times 300 one for facebook
1200 times 300 for blog's main banner
1200 times 200 for shoutbox rules!

As informed yesterday,we will have a poll here to select three of the following participants to be our blog's official designers,we have received a total of 4 submissions so far meaning that only one of them will not be able to become our blog's desginer.

Dear visitors,i know that Christmas is coming soon (although still more than 3 weeks to go),i guess you guys are already busy decorating your house with some bling bling christmas accessories,but after all please don't forget to decorate your PC's desktop too,if you are still scratching your head on how to decorate it,then your problem is solved here.

[poll] Battle of the female girl groups for Best New Artist in Golden Disk Awards 2009

Probably the most prestigious award a Rookie group could have is the Best New Artist for the Golden Disk Awards. Four of the hottest female groups who have debuted this year have been nominated for the said award.

the nominees are: 2ne1 from YG Entertainment, 4minute from Cube Entertainment, T-ara from Mnet, and f(x) from SM Entertainment. These rookie groups were only able to release mini album's and not a full length album (2ne1's full length album got postponed and will be released later next year) so the determining factors for the winners are Sales from their singles, popularity of course and scores from the judges (I dont know who they are).

Each has their own fans and bets right? Blackjacks, 4minute, T-ara and f(x) fans each screaming for their idols to win. After reading their basis, who do you think deserves to win Best New Artist for this year's 2009 Golden Disk Awards? Which only can be won by 1 rookie group that can be won only once in a lifetime (since only one can win it and only "rookie's" can win it).

If in my opinion in the sales of singles, 2ne1 debuted first compared to the other three and f(x) and T-ara only recently released their mini albums, so the competition is pretty tight. I know for some it's pretty obvious who will win but who knows? We never know do we? So vote up on who do you think deserves to win the Once in a lifetime career award.

[DKP Announcement] Important announcement ! About our post !

Dear Readers !

This is an important announcement, Due to important examinations...our staffs are currently busy studying for the exams.4 of our active staffs will be sitting for the examimations starting from Nov 18- til Dec 8.Some of the other staffs are busy with school and will only be active in the evening.

We would like to apologize as we could not post and update as fast during the exam period.We are so sorry, but we will try our best to update this site as soon as possible.I hope readers will understand and be patient.Our music shows videos will be as usual for Fri,Sat & Sun.
