The idol group now famous for their status of being youngest in the world of idols, DAE GUK NAM AH is set to a strong start. Drawing attention due to their team name (made of old korean, just like DBSK), their song TOKYO BOY gives off their determination because it is also made up of four-worded old korean.
DGNA is a new idol group of five boys who got their song "Tokyo Boy" out on the 4th of last month.
Their average age is 17.4 and is made up of youthfulness and courage. Oldest member, Mika(20) and same age Hyun Min(19) & Karam(19), and In Jun(18), and lastly the youngest member, Jay(16), are the members of DGNA who started off with a goal that they shall be the most influencing group in the music industry.
They were created after 3 years of training and they are full of dreams.
They have stated that their role models are DBSK and also have stated, "We adore SNSD upperclassmen (sun bae) and their sharp angle at which they dance to. We were amazed at their sharp movements as they dance"
"DBSK sunbaes are our dream itself, the role model itself whereas SNSD sunbaes are our source of adorement." "We want to be a group that lasts in people's memories"
Tokyo Boy is their title song(smooth dance song) about a cute boy having a shy confession. They have made their impression by coming out in various TV music programs since the 4th of last month.
Their accomlishment shines even before their debut.
Mika and Hyunmin won Gold at 2007 Seoul Singing Festival, proving their vocal skills.
In Jun and Karam too have won various awards in InCheon and DaeGu, which got them to get noticed by people from the music industry.
Youngest member, Jay, was a notorious dancer, who attained his famous status from his appearance at SBS Surprising Competition Star King, winning the King of the Kings Competition only 2 months after his first appearance on the program.
This all became a cause to their dramatic increase in the numbers of fans. DGNA's company, Open World Entertainment claims that there are about 40 thousand fans at the moment. One of their original goal was to go Out-of-Country also, thus they expressed this goal again at the interview.
