Korean idol group 2PM continued to dominate K-pop music charts, winning the top prize on televised music shows for the third consecutive week.

The six-member boy band took the No. 1 crown on both KBS's "Music Bank" on Friday and SBS's "Inkigayo" on Sunday with their latest single "Heartbeat", beating out six other contenders including After School, Brown Eyed Girls, f(x), IU, K. Will and U-Kiss.

"Happy birthday, [Park] Jin-young," the members said in their acceptance speech. "Thank you, Jae-beom. We are grateful to everyone."

2PM, now consisting of six members, has been enjoying a successful comeback with their album "1:59 PM" since former leader Jae-beom left the group in early September over controversial comments he made about Korea on his MySpace account before his debut.
