SNSD has not performed Chocolate Love on any music show so far.They only performed it during the showcase of the MV.
I found a fancam video of SNSD performing Chocolate on Protonic9's channel,this fancam is very clear,so don't worry.
You can hear fan boys shouting in this video.The cameraman must have loved Tae Yeon a lot,the cameraman focused on Tae Yeon from the very beginning until the end,when it was Yuri's turn to sing,that cameraman even neglected her,so sad!!
