On December 11th at Nakano Zero hall in Tokyo, Japan “TAEGOON White Love 2009″ was held. There was shown a supporting video messages from many artists such as Wheesung, SS501 Hyun-joong, w-inds Tachibana Keita, and TVXQ Junsu and Jaejoong.

Here’s w-inds Tachibana Keita’s message says:

“Good evening to all of you who are in Nakano Zero hall. This is w-inds Tachibana Keita. Why I joined in this comment video (despite the fact that Taegoon and Keita don’t even know each other yet), it’s because last night suddenly I got a call from my friend Jaejoong. ‘My hoobae Taegoon will do a concert, please make a support message!”. When I already got such request, it’s hard for me to refuse.

[News]2PM Ranks #26 On 2009 Pop Culture Leading Power

Major criteria for the selection includes
▶Cultural and social influence
▶Power to move the public
▶Economic importance and influence in the business of public culture and so on.
Even though the activity made throughout this year had a great influence in the selection, we also carefully considered symbolic power, representation, popularity and so on.

The survey was conducted on 64 businessmen, who are working in the related fields of public culture, for a week starting the 9th of December. Method of the survey was for the subject to select 5 comprehensive ‘power-leaders’ that compositely cover all broadcasting, music businesses, singers etc., and to select 2 people representing each category. We applied different weights for their ranks, the ‘comprehensive’ #1 to #5 were each given 5 to 1 points, and each category’s #1 and #2 were recorded as 2 and 1 points each. These points were summed up, and hence the best public culture leaders of 2009 were selected.

Great news! SHINee "2009, Year Of Us" zooms to the NUMBER TWO spot in MUSIC ONE stores on its first week of release ! The chart is based on the total sales tabulated from the three Music One record stores (Glorietta, Greenbelt and Quezon Avenue) from December 21 to 27, 2009.

This is the highest chart position the hottest Asian pop group has reached in the Philippine album chart ! Their previous mini-album "Romeo" entered the Top 10 in Music One and Top 3 in Odyssey Record Stores!
