Female idol group T-ara's member Eunjung wore a snowman costume in a music program, causing 2PM Taecyeon to leave a comment on her cyworld stating "You're wearing that as punishment, right? keke" making many netizens fall in laughter.

Eunjung went on to state on the 23rd on her homepage "I'll explain it later...." along with a picture of her snowman outfit.

Yesterday on Tae Yeon's Chinahn Chingoo radio, Rainbow were featured on the show where two of the members performed a cover of Davichi's hit single, "8282". This song is pretty hard to sing and I give Ji Sook as well as Hyun Young major props for singing it. My thoughts? I think they were awesome! [news] Hwanhee's first solo concert in Japan a success

Korean singer and actor Hwanhee has successfully wrapped up his first solo concert in Japan, according to a press release by his agency BOF Entertainment on Thursday.

The concert, titled "HWANHEE presents-LOVE in Christmas", was held at Tokyo's JCB Hall on December 23 and attended by some 2,000 fans.

Hwanhee performed tracks from his recent solo album as well as past hits including "Even Though My Heart Breaks" and "My Person", which were featured as soundtracks for Korean TV dramas. The singer also talked about his new contract with agency BOF and his aspirations for acting during the concert.

The 27-year-old star, who debuted as a member of pop duo Fly to the Sky in 2003, released his first solo album "H Soul" in October. He also pursued an acting career, making his first appearance in 2006 MBC mini-series "Over the Rainbow".

He recently signed on with BOF, currently managing some of Korea’s top stars including Bae Yong-joon, Lee Na-young and E Ji-ah. BOF will be in charge of his acting career while H-Entercom will manage his singing career.

The singer is set to start promoting his new single "Bring It Back".

Idol groups 2PM, Super Junior, MBLAQ, B2ST and singer Lee Seunggi will have a tribute performance for “The King of Pop” Michael Jackson at “2009 SBS Gayo daejeon”. This is a special stage for them to show their admiration for the late singer Michael Jackson.

[News] Henry & Zhang Li Yin to replace SJM to perform at “Passionate Animation Festival”

Since reporting that Korean group Super Junior-M’s leader Han Geng filed a contract termination request against SM Entertainment on December 21st, it has triggered many speculations from the media world. Recently, a reporter noticed that the December 30th event guest list for “Passionate Animation Festival” includes SJM’s member Henry’s name.

The reporter realized that Henry’s name is not linked with other members, but with SM’s Chinese female artist, Zhang Li Yin to sing her song, “Love Me”. According to festival producers, they originally planned for the entire group to appear at the event but because of the recent lawsuit, SM declared that SJM cannot perform due to “internal reasons” and offered the Zhang Li Yin & Henry combination instead of the originally planned complete SJM group. The festival staff member then said, “Afterwards, we learned that SJM cannot attend because of Han Geng’s contract termination. Currently, the company is consulting with Han Geng on this matter. During this stage of Han Geng’s leave of the group, SJM will also temporarily disband, and Henry with Zhang Li Yin will represent the company by forming a group for future promotions.”

About SM’s temporary adjustment, the producers welcomed it. “Before SJM required 150,000 in appearance fees, now with only Henry and Zhang Li Yin, it is only 50,000. The fee difference is quite a lot.”

[News] SS501 2nd Japan Christmas Show by PIA Japan + Fan Accounts

19 December, SS501 held 2 sessions of their Christmas Show in Tokyo New Otani Hotel, celebrating Christmas night earlier with their 2000 fans.

Holding their Christmas show for the 2nd time since last year, the afternoon and night sessions ticket were completely sold out once ticket sales started. A luxurious dinner was served, the venue is full of ladies who have specially dressed up to participate in the party. The dinner venue is very lively and elegant. After the fans finished their meals, SS501 appeared in grand and stylish tuxedo. They started the program with 'Love Like This'.

'It is very hot today~! Let play together~!' Hyung Joon said his greetings to his fans. Other than performing songs, SS501 also has a 'Question & Answer' session using 'O' and 'X' to answer to questions. There's also a lucky draw to pick presents for the fans.

The MC asked: "If you girl friend is late for 1 hour for the Christmas date. Your answer is 'O' or 'X'?"

Jung Min answer matter-of-factly: "No matter it is a 'O' or 'X', before she is late, if she call me to inform me about it, it is alright.".

Hyun Joong answered: "I will continue to wait until she come. Because it is Christmas, so I will continue to wait, hope to spend Christmas together before it past."

Such a romantic side, it shows the members character and true side, making the fans very happy. Also, all of the members telephone number is released in the show to 5 lucky fans. The lucky fans not only can have a lover like conversation with them, but also received an individual recorded wake up alarm message as a gift from each member. This is really a great fan service.

All of the members specially written lyrics for this special song 'Peas song', during the show they released for the first time, japanese version of this song, it is really a great surprised. At the end of the activity, SS501 enter the stage dressing in pure white princely suits. 5 of them provide candlelight service at the fans' seat. Other than that, during this year's summer in one of the Asia tour stop, SS501's 1st Bodukan Concert DVD is released on 20 December. The fist released has already sold out. From now on, it is opened for fans to re-order. SS501 might be holding their encore performance at their 1st Asia concert, Seoul at end February.

Some of the Kpop’s best girlgroups will come together on one stage.

For KBS Music Bank on Christmas day 25th December, girlgroups KARA, Brown Eyed Girls, 4Minute and After School will have a special stage on the show.

The 4 teams coming together will be called ‘Girl’s 4′ and will perform each team’s hit songs. Also members from each team – SeungYeon, UEE, HyunA and GaIn will have a special performance of ‘Tomorrow’ as ‘4Tomorrow’.

Also on the show that day, there will be special joint stages performed by BEAST-MBLAQ, f(x)-So Nyeo Shi Dae and Lyn-Kim TaeWoo-HwanHee.

[News] SJ Shindong’s 10 years later goal “having a wife who is Seoul university’s student”

Super Junior Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk have expressed their goal in 10 years later.

On the show KBS Drama “Super Junior’s miracle”, Super Junior Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Shindong & the guests One-two, Jungmo and IU have talked about their wish and goal in 10 years later.

Shindong said “I want to have a wife who is a student of Seoul University” and expressed that he wanted to meet an intelligent girl while Leeteuk said “I want to be a great father”.

When IU said that she wanted to be a singer-songwritter 10 years later, Eunhyuk said “10 years later I will become singer-songwritter’s husband” expressed his feeling towards IU. Interpark,one of the biggest ticket distributor sites in Korea ,has announced 2PM's first concert on their official site , interpark.com.

The concert is going to be named as "2PM Daegu Concert" and it will be held in the indoor gymnasium in Daegu on 30th January.

A good news for hottests to cheer up as this is going to be 2PM's first ever concert since debut,maybe leader Jay will announce his comeback on the concert..haha!
