[News]Gong Yoo finally discharged from army

South Korean actor Gong Yoo has finished serving his 2 years national service. He has his national service discharge procedures in Yongsan, Seoul in the morning on the 8th Dec 2009. This formally end his two year military life. He became the defense and promotion of the performing arts center soldier soon after he joined the army in January 2008. He has been serving the South Korean Army Radio as the DJ. About 300 fans from the Asian countries rushed down to greet and welcome Gong Yoo back. When he was asked what is his most happy about after discharge from the army, he replied that not only he can wake up late in the morning but he also can eat his mum’s cooking everyday.

[News] "Heaven's Postman" To Become A Manga

"Telecinema7", which stars TVXQ's Hero Jaejoong, 2 Big Bang members TOP and Seungri, as well as Korea's top stars like Kim Ha Neul, Ahn Jae Wook, Cha In Pyo and Han Hyo Joo, will meet everyone in the form of a manga.

Kenaz (http://www.kenaz.biz) expressed that from the very beginning, "Telecinema7" garnered a lot of interest because it had a famous Japanese scriptwriter, one of the best Korean directors and the participation of famous Hallyu stars. As such, the manga will be published through SKT Manga site (http://www.toondosi.com).

"Telecinema7" began airing in Korea since November and they aim to publish the manga early next year, at the same time that it airs on Japanese TV.

Kenaz's representative said that they "plan to turn 'Telecinema7' into a manga and anime, and the artist will earn substantial income from the royalties alone, what more with the goods that comes along with it".

SKT Manga site Toondosi, the exclusive distributor for the manga, will hold an exclusive, free broadcast of "Telecinema7" on 30 December. Invitations to the exclusive event are currently in progress.

Boys Over Flowers Korean Version aired in Korea in January. Goo Hye Sun was the lead actress who played Geum Jandi, increasing her popularity. As the BOF Korean Version also aired in Taiwan, people's interest in Goo Hye Sun has become explosively high.

[News] FT Island to hold their 2010 ASIA Tour!

FT Island will give their fans a New Year gift as the boys will pay a visit to their fans via their ASIA Tour. In 2 months period of January until February the boys will start touring in Asia. They will start from Japan, Thailand,Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines and Singapore.

Much anticipation it is since a report came and stated that FT Island concert tickets  in Taiwan (with 3000 seats) are sold out!

According to FT Island company F & C Music,” One of the reason of the good respond (sold out ticket) is also be affected by Lee HongKi’s recent drama “You’re Beautiful”. And this is such a good start for FT Island’s ASIA Tour!”

FT Island will hold a show in Tokyo on December 23rd. And, for their next year Asia Tour, they will start their tour by performing again in Tokyo-Japan on January 20, 2010, then continues to  Bangkok-Thailand on February 6, whilst on  February 27 they will do their Taiwan’s Concert. As for Hong Kong and Philippines (held in Manila) schedule is said to be held on February as well.

[News] Wonder Girls’ US album to be released February 2010

The Wonder Girls, who are currently in the US, will be introducing their first album in US soon. With Dave Steward and company invited to join in the production of this album, it is due to be released in February 2010.

On 5 Dec US time, US’ famous music producer Dave Steward posted a photo of him and the Wonder Girls on twitter in the production of their album, and introduced a demo version of his collaboration with the Wonder Girls , titled  “Always Without Me”, to be released in the Wonder Girl’s US debut album.

The representative of JYPE has also acknowledged the fact of this collaboration, and that the Wonder Girls feel honored to be able to work with Dave, and has decided to make this album one of their best. The representative also revealed that the Wonder Girls are currently working very hard for this album in the US, and is due to be released in February 2010.

[News] Leeteuk “It’s sad that Boom hyung who is in military only called Sunny”

Super Junior Leeteuk has expressed that he felt sad when Boom, who is currently in militay only made phone call to SNSD Sunny.

To SUPER JUNIOR M(SJ-M), the Taiwan fans was really so passionate that they were so shocked and moved! Super Junior’s 3rd album has ranked #1 best-selling album on the dosmetic music store site sinnara & hottracks.

Super Junior’s 3rd album “Sorry sorry” and G-Dragon’s solo album “Heartbreaker” both got No.1 & No.2 on the selling chart at sinnara & hottracks (the selling number was counted from January 1st to November 30th). According to SM Entertainment on December 12th, “Sorry sorry” has sold 250,683 copies (online selling 135,269 copies & store selling 115,404 copies).

[News] Donghae Proposes To A Fan?

For the past 2 days, Korean idol group Super Junior M held fanmeets at the Taipei International Conference Centre. Member Donghae was a sweet talker, using mandarin to address his fans ["My lovely darlings"]. He also made a love declaration on stage to the fans playing games["Will you marry me?"].
