One piece of tofu in the morning.. One piece of tofu in the afternoon.. And if hungry just kept drinking water
Ate very spicy qingyang pepper (and) sweat till as if I’m crazy ㅋ ㅋ
Initial 30 minutes walk has now increased to 1 hour
Unreasonably increased the number of sit-ups before bedtime to 200
Definitely cannot do this ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ
My health flew away just like this, anemia is also knocking on the door (- ┏)
Must eat vitamins
